There was actually a person at the register. She was very nice and helpful. The food was fresh. All the available tables were dirty. No one cleaned them the entire time we were there. The trash bin was overflowing. We had to ask for ketchup. None was available by the drink fountains nor at the counter. I'm glad we stopped by. A much needed repast!
I've been to several McDonald's as a customer, employee, and manager. This was by far the best experience I've had at a location. It was even peak dinner, and the food was fresh, the service was excellent, and the food was fast. I'm so happy I moved to this area and that a location can renew my faith in McDonald's.
Not bad, ice cream machine wasn't working, burger was a little burnt, fries were a little salty, but other than that it was fine, pretty typical for McDonalds except the people were really extra great
