Amazing street style taco. I like the way they serve their salsa to you - big bottles left at the table, so you can add as much as you like throughout. My wife got a burrito which she loved. We both had a horchata and it was the perfect sweet, creamy accompaniment to the meal.

I love it when I go with my gut any time I see something like this I run inside and A beautiful pleasant surprise it was I had a fantastic meal a meal 2nd to none a meal that I probably would not be able to get in any of all the fast food joints around this place. I was at Marshall's and I was surrounded by various restaurants but luckily I picked the right to one and the best 1. These 2 ladies cook up some fantastic food next time I'm in Nashville I will go back.

Not only is the food fresh and tasty, but their service is A1! My kid is picky so it’s a bit challenging taking her to try new spots. She spotted an apple and they willingly peeled and cut it for her. Staff is extremely hospitable and kind. Definitely recommend trying their spot! “No ragrets!” (Bonus points if you know where that’s from 😉)

Best empanadas I've had. I'm a huge fan of pastor tacos and theirs are great (and includes pineapple). If you're a cilantro fan you might want to request extra. Their horchata isn't too sweet and I love that. It's not visible from Charlotte Pike but it's across the street from Aldi's. They DO have inside seating as well as patio area. Nice folks too. This is the BEST Mexican in West Nashville.

Screw those overpriced, downtown Mexican restaurants. When in Nashville, make a trip out to this “joint” and get the best Mexican food you can find in town! Very authentic and Muy Delicioso! Less than $2 a taco and sides are very affordable. Be sure to grab a Mexican Coke to wash it down! Fantastico!!

If you are looking for fresh and authentican mexican food, this is the place to eat. The lengua is fantastic. This place is absolutely Highly recommended. A mexican co worker, who happens to be a certified chef too, brought me here and he loves the place.

Authentic carnitas tacos that are easily some of the best I have ever had in Tennessee. I am from San Diego originally and also lived in Texas for years. Don’t miss this place if you want incredible food at an unbeatable price.

Amazing sopes! I got sopes de lengua, tan ríca! Coming from Los Angeles of course I was missing Mexican food. I was surprised by the authenticity. Of course I can't compare this place to ones in LA or homemade goodies but around here, it's pretty darn good. I'd come back here anyday! Plus the service is excellent and the bonus is I get to practice my Spanish. I'm a bit rusty but I can get away with just enough to form a semi complete sentence and have a back and forth conversation. To the guy that rated this place a one star, GOOGLE translate!! That's what your smart phone is for man... Gotta meet people halfway dude... Not that hard, if you want to experience authenticity over white washed restaurants.. My only quarrel with giving it less than 5 star is the fact that pupusa is listed in the menu. For people who are not well hearsed in Latin food. Pupusas are a specialty of the Salvadorean peeps. So of course the pupusa was not good... But please, don't let this little issue deter you from going. GO! Get the regular stuff like the sopes and the tacos. Be more adventurous and try the different meats like lengua, meaning tongue.
