Had food prepared at hibachi grill. My family comes here for special occasions. I love the sukiyaki steak, fried rice and veggies! Great place to eat!
Can't get enough of the Tiger and Fuji rolls! Our go to place whenever we can find a baby sitter.
The Best Sushi in Tennessee!!!
I love Toyama’s they make the best sushi ever. Their food is always fresh, delicious and melts in your mouth. I highly recommend giving Toyama Japanese Steak House a try, I recommend the Yum Yum Roll and the Hurricane Roll, you want be disappointed. O and please don’t forget the Shrimp Tempura for as an appetizer, trust me, your taste buds will thank you.
This was such a nice spot! Was here to grab lunch with friends and we all enjoyed it. Ordered the rainbow roll, crazy monkey roll, and Alaskan roll for the table. They were brought out so promptly, and the service was friendly. All three rolls were delicious. I would definitely go back again. Side note: they’ve served Taylor Swift and Dolly Parton. 🙂
Excellent sushi, some of the best we've ever had! We had a party of 6, and not everyone wanted sushi. They have other choices, and all was good. Our server was friendly and attentive. Great job. The place is clean with a nice atmosphere.
Ordered sushi and shrimp tempura. My tempura was cold, sushi pretty good. Kind of pricey for these, but great snack if you want to eat light.
The hibachi part isn't always open. I think it's all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but it starts at 1 or 2 during the other days. Other than the hibachi part being unavailable, everything was great, and the staff are super friendly.
Great food! Made fresh (literally- it’s hibachi :) ) and tastes great. I got the steak and shrimp dinner, it came with soup and salad as well.

Had sukiyaki steak, fried rice & veggies. Enjoyed a cold Corona with lime. Staff brought me an ice cream with a candle for my birthday! Food is a little pricey but on special occasions I come with my family for the experience of food being prepared right in front of us!

Was better the first year i went on monthera day. Seems like the "show" aspect was lacking and the portion sizes were definitely down from last year. Last year ww packed two boxes full of my wife and I's leftovers, but this year we hardly had any to take home... Ordered the exact same thing both years.
A friend and I were looking for a place where we could get our sushi fix and food our kids would like as well. We ended up having a great experience here. Very kid friendly. The sushi was delicious and the kids enjoyed the noodles, chicken tenders with fries and fried rice. I highly recommend the Nashville roll.
