Met some fellow songwriters here and had a great time. The only downside was feeling a little rushed and them closing at 10 on a Sunday. Especially when the places across the street were packed and stayed open past 1, at least. Great stage and atmosphere.

They've made a lot of improvements here in recent years. Drinks are well priced. Only place in midtown to dance and enjoy a live DJ Friday and Saturday night.

The music was live and kicking the dust up. The bar seemed to be under stocked as we asked for about every beer on the menu and was told they were out. Ended up having a cocktail, small with a lot of ice. Bartender was friendly, the crowd seemed disinterested in the music, which was great. We had a good time.

We came to see the Rhinestone Cabaret and we loved it. The bartender and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Great prices at a small venue with adequate free parking. Would recommend, no issues.

I'd give it 5 stars but the bartender situation needs to be fixed! Saturday night was busy as hell and we had to wait a very long time for the 2 visually exhausted bartenders to get to us. Other than that, it was a great time... thoroughly enjoyed the music!

Bartenders are awesome!!!!Blue bar has the WORST owner in the midtown area. If you can get by the prejudice at the door it is usually a good time. I would choose one of the other bars surrounding this one before making this the place to go. REBAR is awesome and I have not had any issues there.

I give them no stars. Went there today to see my friend Misty Loggins play for an hour during CMA Fest 2015, my boyfriend and I paid $8 for a taxi and we walk in and are seated by Misty's sister and Manager and the waiter comes and asks us what we wanted to drink. We were just there for the show and weren't even going to be drinking anything. There was hardly no one there at the place anyway and no one was drinking alcohol yet he told us we weren't allowed on the premises and we had to leave and couldn't stay because we were under the age of 21. This place was the worst I've ever been to.
