Innovative and delicious coffee with excellent food set in a 70's style auto shop! You should go here.
The specially roast was the best cup of coffee I've ever had (trail mix at the time), and the biscuit breakfast sandwich was delicious! A solid pairing while listening to music from classic vinyl or 8 track tapes (from the owners personal collection).
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Parking was available in the adjacent lot (for a fee) and there's free street parking nearby.

Visiting from out of town, and this was a fun stop. Really neat atmosphere, including a record player and 8-track player where you can select your own tunes! They have a very small food selection, and it's fine. Nothing special. But the coffee was good. Great merch, too!

This place doesnt just serve coffee, they live it. Very knowledgeable staff and happy to share their knowledge and talk shop. Look forward to visiting again.
Thanks for everything! š

If youāre looking to spend $9 on coffee, look no further because this will be the best coffee your money can find. Donāt go by the chic decor and casual atmosphere, because when it comes to coffee, they mean business and they know what theyāre doing.
The barista suggested I try his favorite Bourbon Vanilla and I of course went with the house favorite (iced) and didnāt regret. Coffee was great! Lots of sunlight in the indoor seating area. The tables arenāt congested/crammed, they give you enough space if you just want to sit quiet and work on something, or write or draw.
Wifi password at the moment is ādaredevilā in case itās hard to spot; itās located where you place the order. Though I should warn, it was not strong at least today ā not sure if it was a one-off.
Lots of parking at the back lot, with first 90 mins complimentary. Street parking is also available.
Itās pet-friendly, so donāt be surprised when you spot a cute dog sniffing you when youāre placing an order.
Overall, I highly recommend this place if youāre in Nashville. If you live here, havenāt you been there already?

Iāve lived in Portland OR and Nashville TN both. Never thought Iād see Nashville coffee overtake the best Portland coffee in price. Until Barista Parlor. Coffee was great (pulled a nice shot, no bitterness, milk was textured nicely). Baristaās were friendly. Stillā¦Iād need exceptional for this price point, which it wasnāt. And I got to say itā¦Iām tired of places that start the tip option at 25% (which is the case at this location).
4 stars due to coffee, baristas, and ambiance. Price and tip turned into a $7.50 latte (12 ounce, regular milk, no flavors).

Nice cafe with European decor. Lots of cool looking merch that would make for nice gifts.
I went there for the CBD drinks but they ran out. Sad. Their cold brew was still pretty good though. It had a hint of sweetness to it that I havenāt tasted in other cold brews.
Overall, great place for your caffeine fix and also to get a little work done.

This was a great spot not too close to the middle of everything to grab a bite and caffeine. Minus a star as it took forever to get our drinks. Our delicious biscuit came before the drink order. I would try again because everyone had an off day but still a little slow.

Lavender latte was surprisingly good. Not overly sweet like alot of specialty coffees can be. Pricey though. And the cash register attendant had either not showered in a few days or worn deodorant. The building had a modern clean vibe. A neat place to hang out.

Great coffee shop in Germantown. Love the atmosphere and the open layout.

Retro vibe that screams 50s60s. They've pulled it off very well! The coffee is delicious! I had a cortado that just oozed coffeeness. It's so unpretentious from the outside! Baristas were friendly and professional. Nice work, Barista parlor Germantown!

Smooth coffee, relaxing ambiance and the space is modern and chill. The location is fun to walk around and sight see and there are a couple murals on the side of the building to snap. You can also find murals within walking distance as well.

I had a great experience here. If Iām honest, I tend to stray away from the original Barista Parlor because Iāve never really felt cool enough to be there. Glad to say that it was not the same experience at the Germantown location. Thereās a great vibe here, the coffee is wonderful and everyone that was working here were great. Iāll definitely be coming back. The only things Iād note if youāre not familiar with BP are that itās neither the cheapest nor the fastest coffee shop in town so bear that in mind if youāre in a rush. Its worth the wait if youāve got the time though.

Back in the day, Barista Parlor was infamous amongst coffee fans in Nashville for its pretentious salesmanship and poor hospitality.
Iām elated to say all those issues have been worked out over the years, and theyāve really come into their own, roasting their own beans and slinging one of the top 5 espresso shots youāll find in the country, all in thoughtfully and artfully designed spaces that are really unmatched in this region. Not to mention, their biscuits rank up high in the Nashville lexicon, which is an achievement!
This location is probably my favorite out of the lot just for the interior and location, and the espresso I had ranks up there with shots Iāve had at Onyx in Arkansas and Intelligentsia in Chicago.
Canāt wait to come backā¦or for the business to expand and come down to Texas. Whatever comes first āš¼

Only had coffee but loved the low key atmosphere good for small groups (there were four of us) or a cool place to surf the net or read a book. I had the mocha espresso and it was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had!
Geoff Foulger
Amazing Biscuit, and a smooth cup of Joe! Highly recommend!

Great vibe and atmosphere you'd come to expect from a BP shop. Delicious coffee. Couldn't take advantage of the kitchen this visit since I didn't get here earlier. Too bad the wifi wasn't very reliable. Repeatedly got kicked off and lost the work I was trying to get done.

One of the coolest businesses I've ever been in. Food is great, drinks are awesome. The attention to detail and the thought that went into their brand blew me away.
Will Snodgrass
Fun spot, friendly staff, great tasting and unique coffees!

This ended up being my favorite time spent in Nashville. (About 45 min). The coffee was superb, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and crisp. The "self serve" vinyl and 8-track music was great. Combined with just relaxing and good conversation... perfect. Treat yourself, and take someone for a cup.

Espresso was not up to my expectations. Not worth 4.50 ļæ½

It was a great experience. Coffee was delicious and so was the Moto biscuit

Great ambiance, great coffee, great parking. What else do you want? Oh, an amazing biscuit with peach jam, that's what.

Incredible design and coffee - really love every detail of the space

If they had decaf espresso, it would be a game changer.
