I traveled to Nashville,Tennessee for work on the Restoration Hardware and was happy to see that Panera was next door to our job.
I’ve never ate at a place that was so uplifting to there customers and cared about the quality and speed of delivery of food. I commend James the Manager for being so pleasant not only to me, but everyone that I saw him have contact with. Shannon, Jamica, and the others in the Panera were great and always took care of the customers. I would recommend this Panera for other Franchise stores to emulate!

Their sandwiches are tiny, but the bbq mac and cheese is really good. Nice selection of teas and healthy choices. The service is also very good at this location. Overall a good place to have lunch.

I hate I didn't get the name of the 2byoung ladies working on Friday July 19th at 5:15 pm but they were exceptional. Kind and helpful. My wife and I were in town for the family reunion and we in the marriot residence inn across the street. We needed a snack but the entire 10 minutes there was my best ever. The blueberry muffins were life changing. I had never gotten a muffin from there in my previous visits not even back home in Memphis. So my wife and I thank those 2 young ladies.

This is a great place to get food, quick, clean, etc. AND THEY HAVE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN TOPS! For some reason they got rid of them in Ohio, but seeing as this place as the full Panera Bread menu available and serves it extremely well and quickly and can take on big groups this place deserves 5 stars.

Awesome service and food, and spotless ! By all appearances it's run like a well oiled machine ! Our food came out hot and fast ! Had a brief conversation with the manager, Edward I believe his name is, just the kind of leader I would want on my team ! We were in the area on vacation, and will most definitely be back !!

Good place, it is located in Green Hills' MALL, TN. I used to go a long time ago to the Panera at Suwanee Toad in GA. As culture of the company, they gave the same concept, the basic and important concept that consist in offer quality food to reasonable prices

The service here is significantly better than at most of the other Paneras in the area, and unlike most of the others they actually offer table service here. That said, they do seem to have a real problem with keeping the order tracker devices stocked. And like every other Panera in history they also use the slowest Wi-Fi technology in existence (such an old technology regular people can't even buy it anymore, trust me, I'm kind of an expert in this area), yet they have the nerve to advertise it as "high speed" right next to the atypical action of actually listing the exact wireless technology they are using instead of just calling it the general term "Wi-Fi." Because they know the average customer won't have any idea what that means to know sticking "High Speed" in front of that is pretty much an oxymoron anyway.

Fast good service. Really make an effort to move the line. This is a busy place so expect a bit of a wait. Sometimes one person parks at a table for four. Management should not allow that when it's busy.

I'm a very steady customer at Panera--Love them! But every once in a while, I don't get everything I ordered. Today I ordered a Pick-Two with a salad. I got no dressing. It was really dry to eat a salad--I was starving--with no dressing.

They don't have enough employees. Only one guy taking orders/running the cash register at the noon lunch time rush. Also, they have a serious gnat problem. I saw about 20 gnats cicling & landing on the pastries. Major sanitary/ health issue.

The food is good here but unfortunately every time I come here there are multiple flies and gnats flying everywhere. I mean at least 50 on the wall. It's disgusting. Clean the place up please.

Long lines and slow service. The food at Panera is usually good when compared to fast food, but quantities are stingy for the price. Panera seems to be having a lot of success, but for the life of me I am not sure why. Panera is too slow and expensive to compete for my fast-food dollars, and when I want a sit-down experience, I expect larger servings and better service.

I am usually a big fan of Panera! Unfortunately, due to a cashier named Courtney that BUTCHERED our order, it was less than ideal this visit. Employing individuals who listen to the customer, make eye contact with the customer, and maybe smile once in a while would make the experience much better.
