Superb excellent quality of food. I ordered Thanksgiving dinner and I was expecting bland food. But to my amazement the food was delicious and tasty. Really good and gracious portions. So we're going to order our Christmas dinner for curbside pickup. I'm registered online in the rewards program now as VIP! đ I ordered two turkey dinners that included green beans, dressing and cranberry relish and of course pumpkin pie!! All for just over $50 including a 20 % tip. Cracker barrel is my best choice for the holidays. No more running around or waiting in line for hours. Take a look at their menu online and get smart! Order is ready on time and ready to serve. Cracker Barrel if you want it done right!

Thanksgiving Day I stopped by this Cracker Barrel to order carry out for my daughter and I since she was working and would be home late. When I came up to the check in counter I was greeted by Shannon, who runs the retail side of this store, and by Jasmin, who informed me that this was her first holiday working for Cracker Barrel. To say they were busy would be an understatement but these two sweet ladies were so helpful and took care of me in allowing me to order to go even though I had missed the deadline. Cracker Barrel you are blessed with these gems! I am thankful for my encounter with these two women on that day! They offered the best customer service that I have been privy to in a while! The place wasn't overly busy but there was still a little bit of a wait (probably understaffed like everywhere else these days). Service was fantastic - Savannah took great care of us. Everyone was friendly and the food was good, really hit the spot. We'd definitely come back here again.

It was our first time here after seeing them across highways all the time and I can comfortably say that i was one of the best places i have been to.

We got the chicken pie and the rainbow trout and with brocolli and green beans
They also come with biscuits and the corn muffins with plenty of butter on the side and jam .
Loved it and am excited to visit it again the next time i travel

Great service no lie. The eggs fried hard wasnât good at all. The loaded hash brown casserole was very good and fresh. Sirloin steak tips was an extremely small portion. For the most part great experience and Mr Steve is a great guy runs the establishment very well. Hats off to him!!!!!

Did online order with curbside pickup for dinner. The food was hot and fresh. Everything I ordered was there đ and it was all delicious! The staff was all super! Way to go, Cracker Barrel! Thank you.

Loved it... I went because I had won a gift certificate but the food was excellent. I had chicken and dumplings, pinto beans, greens, mac and cheese and biscuits . While my husband had grilled pork chops, fries, greens, pinto beans, corn bread. The chops were so tender you could cut with the side of your fork.. NO KNIFE NEEDED.. It was a very nice atmosphere, servant a little slack about checking if you needed anything or even bring a bill. After waiting for 10 minutes of watching the one server just standing and talking to a customer and tables were needing attention we got up and found someone to get our bill. But basing on just the food alone a 5 star will not take away for her conversation.

Is there any way that you can train your server monkeys to refrain from handling rims of customer glasses and cups with their finger tips. I had a late breakfast yesterday and the server place my water and coffee cup on the table with her finger tips on the rims. The health department has stated that this is a violation of food service sanitation.
This is a disgusting habit, it is unsanitary and displays a total lack of respect for the customer and common courtesy. A month or so ago, I complained about this practice at this same location. Is there any adult management at Charlotte pike?

Service was less than mediocre. We had 9 people in our group. They messed up just about everyoneâs order. But thatâs not the worst thing that happened. The waitress spilt a coke all over me. She offered me 1 napkin. 1!!! Never did she come and clean up the coke in the floor. I found a dry chair myself so I didnât have to sit in the wet one. She never came back to check on us the rest of the meal. She made other people come. The manager came and gave us refills. I thought I would at least get some kind of discount since I had a drink spilt on me. NOPE. Not even 10% off. Had to pay the entire $130.00 check. Weâve ate here many many times. However that is probably our last time. Itâs gone down hilll. Very disappointed in our service and the food.

Horrible. That's the best word I can come up with. It took way too long to be seated, even with empty tables. The floor was dirty and the table and chairs sticky. My chicken was overdone on the edges and not cooked enough in the middle and my potatoes were crusty. My son never got his side dish. The check was messed up twice. We won't be back to this one.

I had the fried shrimp plate. It came with fries and both were so good. It was a plate big enough for two. The waitress was so friendly. We really love Cracker Barrel!

Beware if you order anything to go from this restaurant. They will mess it up, "fix it," and then you'll end up with an even more messed up order than you had in the first place. Tonight my order was incorrect, and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct it. I got all the way home, and realized they they gave me a totally different meat from what I ordered This has become the norm every time we order from them. Don't waste your time, unless you want to end up very, very frustrated.

The turkey and dressing special, chicken and dumplings, chef salad, rolls, cornbread, tea, all was very good. We had a great waitress. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, or till the waitress came to our table, or for our food. Best of all I got to enjoy it with my husband and my in-laws! It was a very pleasant dining experience.

I've been coming to this Cracker Barrel for many years. Today's service was beyond any experience I've had eating out. The waiter was rude, took 15 minutes to take our drink order, and then 50 minutes of nothing, waiting for refills (which we asked for) and then our food comes out, steak burned, and all half of our food was cold. We will come back, but will not have him as our server. Y'all need to train the servers longer, and more detailed. There were several things he missed while taking our order that got messed up.

Came in to get a little lunch to a fairly empty dining room. Server never came. Timed it and I waited 5+ minutes. Watched a table that got seated after me get their drink order taken. Sad to say but it seems most of the restaurants on the west side are stating to lack in service.

Tonight I ordered togo food at 9:00pm from the Cracker Barrel on Charlotte Ave. The staff was very rude when I picked it up. The order was wrong. And to top it off when I got home (5 minutes later) I found that the food was hard. It must have been sitting in the kitchen for hours. So hard that I could not eat it. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager twice and they hung up on me both times. I the. Called 4 more times and they wouldn't answer. I expect the manager to call me. 615-582-1484.

We have never had a bad meal here. You can tell the managers there don't accept mediocrity. The sevice is impeccable, and food is always fresh.
