I can't say enough about the service. First class service, and it's the best food I've eaten in a long while. The price was less than what I would've paid at a fast food place. The delivery driver without question is the best driver I've seen in a long time as well. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.
I’m a big fan of the vegetarian #6. I’m not a fan of other place’s vegetarian options. Usually a lot of peppers, onions and stuff I don’t like. This has lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, provolone cheese, avocado spread and mayo. Great combo! And the bread is to die for. Side note, the coke is so good too.
The driver named Andy is the best! Such a friendly person. The food is just as I ordered. I can't say how much I recommend this particular location. My order was a online order and they actually deliver themselves. My order showed up on time and early. What more could I ask for? Too bad I'm only visiting in the area, otherwise I'd use this location every time I have the taste for subs! Thanks again to the delivery driver Andy and the person at the shop who makes the food!
Always fast, like the advertise, sandwiches are exactly as ordered. I spoke with a woman on the phone today who handled my online order issue so well. She was courteous and addressed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Very pleased with this location.

I've never had Jimmy John's before, but I ordered one from the West End store for lunch today at work and it was amazing. Literally the best sandwich I've ever had. It took 13 minutes from the time I ordered it online to get to me. Bonus points for bringing it right to the nurses station at my hospital right where I indicated with no issues. Will definitely order again.
