Every order made fresh and delicious! What a great find! I had driven by this place on my way to and from work many times and finally popped in for lunch one day. So glad I did as I have been back several times and had nothing but amazing food. The Bibimbap is so delicious and the fresh soups are made fresh daily from scratch. I have tried several different soups and they always taste so great, and what a difference made from scratch makes! The chef/owner is also so friendly and very helpful to first time visitors. He clearly has a passion for his craft and it shows. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is in the area (also worth a drive downtown if not)!

This is my favorite place to eat downtown! Delicious, very affordable and good portion size, plus excellent service! Food is cooked to order and the daily soup is made from scratch. My favorite dishes are the bibimbap and katsu.

Great food! Nice size portions. Good value. They have some of the best egg drop soup I've ever tasted! They also are very quick. They recently revamped the menu. I like the new menu although I will miss their breakfast sandwiches.

The teriyaki chicken bowl is delicious. The chef is friendly and it has a nice atmosphere (it is small, but that's part of the charm). He was the only one working when I was there, but the service and food were still quick.

The owner was so outgoing and friendly. We honestly thought the food was only going to be par at best but the omelette was over the top excellent! It was that awesome. Seems like she has a lot of regulars as some call her by name and some order with "I'll have my usual." If you are in DT Nashville and need a quick and good bite to come on in.

Awesome little Korean lunch spot in an unassuming part of downtown. Stopped by here for lunch one day last week after a friend recommended it and am glad that I did. Quality food with great flavor at an extremely reasonable price.

Had the korean bbq rice bowl and it was good. A nice balance of flavors. Came with a sweet potato based soup too that was interesting. Good size portions for a reasonable price. Dinner for 2 under $20!!! I'd definitely come back.

Humble little market in appearance, but the owner was amazingly sweet and personable even though it was my first time, with a smile that will make your whole day better. I bought a simple $4 turkey sandwich - a wonderful price. Which she toasted the bread fresh there and used some sort of slightly spicy mayo and mustard combo that gave it just the right touch. With lots of meat for a small sandwich. Great buy, but it really seemed like my little sandwich was just *bursting* with love and was a delight to eat. (Sappy as it sounds, it's true.) So I definitely recommend this little hidden gem of a place for a lunchtime bite! I hope this is the right place. It says "Cafe & Market" above the door and is across the street from the intersection with the TN Tower to one side and the War Memorial Bldg and Plaza to the other. All of the cooked food prices seemed very reasonable. The packaged foods (chips etc) were on a par with gas station mark-ups.

We happened upon Fuzion one Friday afternoon and decided to give it a try... and WOW! Min, the owner, recommended three different noodle bowls for us to try and they were all great. If you like food period you should try Fuzion. In addition to the Asian rice bowls they have a great selection of American breakfast sandwiches. To top it all off when we went Min was about to close and it was slow, we sat around talking like old friends for an hour after close. We will definitely make the 6 hour drive to Nashville just to eat at Fuzion again. I wish I could give Fuzion 6 stars!
