National Underground

Just had our 2023 company holiday here and everything was fantastic! The director of events Jeremy P. was who I worked with and he was of course instrumental in making sure the event was perfect. We rented out the 3rd floor of NU and it couldn’t have been a more perfect set up for our 60 person party. We had our own private bar with 2 bartenders that took amazing care of us. There is regulation bowling lanes AND duckpin bowling, plus all of my favorite arcade games! Lots of TV’s, music playing. We had our own private bathrooms. The dinner we selected was delicious and came out in a timely manner served buffet style. Everyone had so much fun and we had 0 complaints. BOOK YOUR NEXT EVENT OR PARTY HERE!! You won’t regret it.

We recently visited the Nashville Underground to view the Ohio State Buckeye football game. Upon arrival (early) we explained to the manager that there would be about 30 people in our group to watch the game and we asked where it was recommended we sit. He promptly took us to the 2nd floor and we had an entire section for our group - and he assigned us our own server who was AWESOME! Not only was she a wonderful server, but she provided a fun banter making our experience perfect. Thanks to all who had any part in making it a great experience!

Enjoyed our brunch this morning. Had some hiccups in the kitchen, but staff and management make quick and appropriate remedies. The food was very good! Waffles were amazing and thats not usually my go-to. Great view on rooftop bar, and it was shaded until about 11:30 am. All of the staff were friendly with big smiles. Enjoyed our morning here

We were in town to celebrate a big birthday, and our first stop of the weekend was Nashville Underground. We made a reservation for 11 on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I was concerned about some recent reviews noting a staffing shortage so I reached out ahead of time to make sure we were all on the same page. Not only did Charlee respond immediately, but she and her team made sure we had a great table on the rooftop. The group felt like we were stars, service was that good. The food was good, with huge portions. The drinks were cold, the views were amazing, and we had a great time. It was a great start to a great weekend. I recommend them without hesitation.

Went here for a Live broadcast of Fox & Friends tv. Appreciate the food service this early before the place opens. Had the vegetable omelet & blueberry pancake. Really loved the Nash hash. Everything was cooked to order. And the blueberries were really. 👍to the cook. Extremely happy with the excellent service by server: Jada.
