A great crew runs this one. Very friendly and on point with the drinks they make. Quality service and the remember your name. Very clean. Outdoor seating outside if you like. There is really good security for the building and they run a tight ship keeping the outdoor spaces enjoyable.

Heading out of Nashville early and in need of a great cup of coffee!! They were the only early birds in the area and we were so grateful!! They opened right on time, I enjoyed a tall and hot caramel coffee, and hit the road to head home as scheduled!! Our drinks and pastries were delicious!

Amazing group of people work here !!! I work @the Walgreens next door and THEY always make amazing drinks !!! So personable and even with a high turnover new people are so sweet. There is one girl on the ovens who makes a KILLER iced blonde vanilla latte !! Please take my money. Also def mobile order ! Save everyone time workers and you lol.
I'm just in love with this place. Best customer service that I ever had. I remember first time when I got my coffee and croissants from here: I was so depressed, even crying cause of work and other stuff and was in "I want coffee mood". It was already 8 o'clock and the store was recently closed. But they saw my mood and wanted to make me happy and opened the store just for me and served with iced latte and dessert. You know after this, the only place where I buy coffee is this. And now iced latte is my favorite coffee)) Thanks to that kind lady, working in the store for that first cup of coffee. Highly recommend for everyone

Great service here. They service downtown office workers so are able to churn out orders quickly.
Not a big place so don't plan on during and chatting. I think I saw 4 chairs and two small tables against a wall.

Starbucks needs to give Molly a raise! If you want a personalized experience, go to this location. Molly was kind enough to learn my name and preferences. Having that personalized experience is so valuable when you're an indecisive person attempting to try something new. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, she always remembers to make sure my bum doggies get their pup cups to enjoy the Starbucks experienc as well, which they do. I go to smaller coffee shops when I'm out and about, but only this location makes me want to keep coming back. It's perfect everytime.
