Great alternative. If you spend a lot of time downtown, you can get tired of the overpriced resturants and honky tonk bars. Every once in a while, it's nice to just get a good sandwich or salad that Panera Bread does so well.
The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. Meets and exceeds my expectations. The food is everything that I expect from Panera and is also a great place to get good bottomless coffee, although Mike's Ice Cream is still the place for the best coffee, in my opinion.
All in all, it's a great break for the norm.
This place was very clean and methodical , the ordering process was simple and easy using the kiosk, the food perperation and delivery was smooth. The quality of food was very good. The ambience was great.
Panera is usually good. This location in particular has sometimes forgotten an item of food or the sandwiches aren’t that well put together but overall, 4/5.

Eli and Allen do a great job managing the place. Very clean and very respectful team. I enjoy coming in frequently and talking with the staff. Being downtown presents challenges but they do a phenomenal job.
I ordered a rapid pick up but sent it to the wrong Panera. So I was waiting and never got my order here. When I asked about it and pulled up my order and figured out they hadn’t made my order totally due to my own mistake, the manager was super nice about it, canceled it for the other location for me, and had them make me my order here right away. Absolutely awesome customer service; much appreciated!!
I love this place. Got the turkey chilly which was delicious! Also belong to the sip club for $10 a month, not for coffee but for tea. It was cold in Nashville and I enjoyed the "where everybody knows your name" feel.
Cashier was pretty rude. I told her thank you a few times throughout the transaction and she ignored me. She than tried to tell me I could only get 1 coffee. Not 2. I was like what?!?!
Excellent service. Coffee is always full and if it isn't, they will replace it right away. Food has always been on point and correct. Can't ask for a better experience. Employees are friendly. I visit over a dozen times a week.
Morning crew is excellent. Helpful, informative and take charge of the situation. Manya rocks and is one of the nicest people I’ve met traveling around.
September 2021, dining room open, with COVID protocols clearly evident. Store was clean, adequately staffed (early morning), well maintained and in good repair. Ordering either by kiosk, or in-person (multiple visits over several days) was simple, accurate, and relatively quick. Speed of food prep and delivery always exceeded expectations, even when several orders were in process prior to mine. Food quality (breakfast sandwiches and "muffies") was consistent and high quality. Cannot comment on coffee, but the drink station was clean and well stocked. A comfortable, pleasant atmosphere to have a relaxing breakfast, and quick service if you are in a hurry.
