Had a wonderful meal here. The cocktails and food were amazing. I very much enjoyed the horseradish caesar and red fish. Our server Christian, was very sweet. We ate on the patio and it was lovely, situated on a beautiful, quiet street. Definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant. Service was excellent all around

I’m still thinking about this dinner almost a week later! We had the Salmon w Crispy Rice Appetizer - SO good. The venison was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was delicious. The cocktails were great! Will be going back!!

Chef Deb Paquette & her team are more than chefs. They are artist & food scientist in my humble opinion. I came back to Etc. so I could share with you all what a wonderful dining experience from the past. I encourage you all to stop by & experience this culinary wonderland that’s very professional, sophisticated, charming with a down home dignified casual formal vibe. Chef Paquette runs a very sophisticated restaurant with a very creative culinary team that clearly gets the most out of all the ingredients they use to incorporate into the food they prepare. The Triple Beet Salad for example is not something I would typically order off the top of my head. However, I expanded my mind, palate & stomach to experience what turned out to be a very pleasant salad. The Patty Melt is in its own universe where it stands alone as the best patty melt I ever had. If you don’t believe me, come & try it for yourself. No one ingredient overpowered the other including the caramelized onions. Which gave the patty melt a nice sweet surprise to a sandwich that’s known for being a late night meaty savory sandwich. The Fig & Bacon Flatbread Appetizer is a must try if you want something that’s gonna impress your appetite & please your senses. Overall my dining experience was very filling yet refreshing despite this being the fall season vs spring or summer. Simply stated: the food is fresh, you feel healthy & successful when you dine with them & eat their food. It’s makes you happy as you the feel the love they spread through the food they serve.

I would rate the service as 13/10. The service was top-notch. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure that we had everything we needed, and he was always happy to answer our questions even though we went inside at the closing time. They have the best desserts. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at etc . I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Our server, Craig, was incredible. He took time to explain the ingredients and preparation for drinks and dishes we were both curious about. The food was amazing!!! The bread and mushroom started were delicious. The sides were fresh and tasty. Our main appetizers were just as good and the dessert was over the top. Definitely recommend saving room for the Panna cotta.

Their sauce game is on point! We had a great meal here. We loved the raw salmon appetizer and the espresso martini is the best I’ve ever had. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience there and all the dishes and drinks were fantastic! Such a great neighborhood gem that we walked to from our hotel. There were many gluten-free items to choose from or be modified as needed. They even had gluten-free homemade bread and homemade butter!!! The value in quality of food was amazing!!!

A quick trip to Nashville left us with time for one restaurant to try, and after reading the reviews for Ect., we immediately made a reservation. Had high expectations, and the food blew us away. The Korean Bistro salad was perfectly balanced and creative, and I highly recommend the curry vegetable pasta and pork egg roll. Our server was prompt, friendly and hilarious, had a good time chatting with him. We will definitely be back!

Etc. is truly a gem! Phenomenal meal from start to finish! First of all, Morgan was very sweet and attentive, 10/10 service! I ordered a “fruity” cocktail and the bar did deliver! A lot of restaurants mess this up! It’s like just because I don’t want alcohol doesn’t mean I don’t want a nice drink! But they nailed it, delicious! The light beet and watermelon salad was light, fresh and wonderful! A bizarre mix of flavors, but in the end it totally worked! The broccoli side was quite simply the best broccoli I’ve ever had! Bursting with flavor! My party ordered a few entrees and all were incredible! All of us loved our meals. I personally got the pork tenderloin and it was TO DIE FOR!!! So incredibly flavorful and the textures all worked in harmony. Truly a phenomenal meal! To finish off, the lemon tart dessert was light and just the right amount of sour and sweet. Overall every aspect of our visit was superb! Stellar service, fantastic food, and cozy atmosphere. Will visit again!

The salmon sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’m 70 years old and I like sandwiches. Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Maybe a little more than a meal at Taziki‘s and unbelievable quality. I’m gonna be a regular.

My husband and I had an early Valentine's day celebration at this restaurant that we picked based on the reviews and we got really blown away. The service is excellent, the ambience is very nice, but most important the food was awesome! We shared a five course dinner: soup, appetizer, salad, main dish and dessert and everything was delicious. We actually made a reservation to go back in two weeks with my in laws to celebrate a milestone birthday!

I was really pleased with my experience at etc restaurant. I made reservations by calling an hour in advance on a Tuesday night. The gentleman who took the reservation was extremely kind and thorough. I arrived with my party and was immediately asked if it was a business meeting so that they could offer me an option of a closed in booth in the back of the restaurant next to the kitchen. I was interested in seating outside, however they were already booked up there. The waitress was amazing. Her bubbly personality and knowledge about food added to the overall experience. We ordered a round of cocktails which arrived within 15 minutes. All of them were delicious. We ordered some appetizers, including sourdough bread with two butters, and brussels sprouts. For my meal I ordered an appetizer and a salad. I got smoked salmon and beet salad. A gentleman in my party ordered veal. I was pleased to see a few vegetarian options, including tofu scallops that was a main course. Our appetizers were pretty good. I enjoyed sourdough bread, but brussel sprouts were just a bit too fatty for me. Chunks of bacon were definitely not a good addition. Main courses arrived in a reasonable time frame and was very visually appealing. The colors on each of the plates were so diverse that we could not wait to actually try our meals. My beet salad was quite delicious. I would highly recommend it. The flavors and depth of the sauce were unusual to say the least. In general, we found our meals very unique. So refreshing to see a restaurant like this in Green hills. Smoke salmon was a bit odd because it was served on top of a deep fried rice cake, but the combination of wasabi with smoked salmon was a hit! Other main courses were just as delicious, as my colleagues shared. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially to those who are looking for a unique experience. I will be back.

The chef is absolute word-class with her ingredients and selective choice of the menu, creating a blend of flavors, spices and pure aroma of heaven. I came with my good friend and business partners for dinner and the food was unreal; exceeded expectations.

Delicate & Subtle flavor pairings with unique menu items. The presentation is top notch.. This is such a delicious, chef-owned restaurant, which is one of 4 in the city. If you like etc., definitely check out the others! The menu at etc. changes as well, so following them on Instagram is a must. Brunch is also very nice here, and the location is quiet with plenty of parking. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, and attentive.

The service from Alexis and food were amazing. I do not normally like brussel sprouts, but the shaved brussels have changed my mind. We had the beef basturma for a starter. My wife got the catfish as her entree and I had the grilled beef filet. We would eat it all again the next day.

First time for brunch here, many times for dinner. Love sitting on the patio to dine. I probably don't even have to tell you how good Deb's chef owned restaurants are. Always good, always presented perfectly, always creative. Dishes like the rhubarb French toast and gazpacho are examples of this innovative menu. Reservations recommended.

Dined last night as a party of four. We ordered several starters to taste and a couple mains to share so we had a good overall impression. I personally felt my choices were five star... The vodka ginger beet cocktail, the asparagus salad (this was the winner of the evening), the viet short rib, and the grilled zucchini. All very good conceptually... flavors bright and delicious, good presentation. I was less impressed with the duck gizzards (overdone and some of the components did not add to a better whole), and the scallops. The pork main was very good... Somehow soft, but not exactly moist and tender. The veg "pie" was just not happening for me... Cheese over powering the dish and I love cheese. So choose wisely and you'll have a great meal. We were next to the kitchen, not an ideal table spot but we made the most of it. Service was pretty good for a busy night.
