The service was excellent and the place has a really cool industrial vibe. One cool element is that they serve “skinny” margaritas which is somewhat uncommon at restaurants. The food was really good, too. If they are looking to improve one thing—-it would be to not charge for chips and salsa. That’s
I’ve been enjoying Taco Mamacita for awhile, but yesterday was the first time I’ve been able to dine here at their new location. The food was wonderful as always! I tried the (new to me) Fried Avocado, Cauliflower and Chorizo-Potato Taco’s. They were delicious! My fave was the Cauliflower! Amazing.
Best “non-authentic” tacos I’ve had in quite some time. Service at the bar was great, they were super friendly and attentive while clearly being very busy. Drink was perfect, tacos were great, can’t ask for much else!
Yum! Great atmosphere and excellent service from Janet. The food was very good. We started with the chips and salsa in order to do taste three of their “made in house” salsas. Each was delicious! We ordered tacos and were very pleased. My favorite was the Sloppy Jose Taco. Great twist on a cl
Service and food were excellent!! I am a huge Mexican fan and this restaurant was top-notch! Guacamole was to die for!! Loved the difference in nachos, our waitress went above and beyond as well.
Lunch at Taco Mamacita was fantastic! The bar tender was so friendly and helpful too. I ordered a mix and match 3 taco plate and loved all of them. The atmosphere has a super fun vibe. I’d highly recommend this place!
Strolled in on a thursday night to check this place out. We have had many a jalapeno avocado margarita(frozen!) before but this would be the first time eating there. I gotta say I was impressed with the service at the bar and the attentiveness of the management team. I was a little particular with
I ordered the Peruvian Roasted Chicken and it was amazing. The dipping sauces it came with were so good. The queso and guac are both great, as well. If you like street corn, theirs is some of my favorite! The service was excellent. And, it's such a cute spot. Definitely will be back!
Food is good but not like at the old location or how it is in Chattanooga. It has more variety and therefore less tacos. Tacos are good but I feel like the ones served at the old location were better. And glass of spirits are too pricy to even consider..... especially when you know how much the mark
This place was wonderful. I had been exploring Nashville all day while my husband was working and came across this spot. I had guac and chips and the fried plantains. Both were really yummy.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Issac the greeter helped walking me to my table. When we left he helped by walking me down the steps and across the street to my car. He told us he was raised to respect from his mother. Blessings to him and his mother. I shall return soon to this place.
Great find. Excellent tacos, nachos and margaritas. Food has a Nashville twist with Sloppy Joe flavor to ground beef. Korean bbq and jerked chicken tacos were awesome. Fabulous margs and local brewed beer. Comfortable, casual and friendly staff
Service was great. Nice place. Finally a place with great drinks at a reasonable price. I ordered the Peruvian Chicken as the rotisserie story all made it sound very good, but I would bet my paycheck that it was deep fried prior to serving it. It was all dark and greasy and crispy, like a fried ch
Cute little spot. A little pricey but the portions are big. I got the shrimp fajitas and they were delicious. Their queso dip is also incredible!!! Our server was awesome and very attentive. Will be back!
I love the Taco Mamacita experience! Killer salsas, REALLY awesome soups, and one of the friendliest staffs in town. Hard to beat $6 fresh squeezed margs on Wednesday too. Laughing at some of the other comments below. Obviously not an authentic Mexican restaurant, more fresh-mex, but I think that’s
This is a good taco place. For the price, I think it’s OK, but there are cheaper and better taco places in Nashville. You do pay for the ambience for sure. The chips and guac was good. Fresh tasting, and the chips were thicker than normal tortilla chips so they didn’t break as easily. Their Baja fis
Randomly stopped here while passing through. Great tacos and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
The food was delicious! There are so many types of tacos and it was hard to stop finishing my food. I got the Taco Royale, the Hot Chicken & the Shrimp Po'Boy BLT. I will definitely come back.
