Review Biscuit Love - Nashville

This place is a well oiled machine - super nice employees and good food! The only thing that is confusing is that the way you order in line (pay, tip, etc) ahead of time for no server/service. You get your own water after being seated, and food comes out hot and very promptly - if you were to want additional hot sauce or mustard for example - there is no way to get it. Employees on the floor are basically just food expediters and bussers. Food was really great though!

Very good food. The line was long but 20 min after getting in line we had been seated and had food in front of us- can’t complain. Loved the chicken and the Bonuts. The drinks were okay, the biscuits were good but not my favorite biscuits I’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back, I think the food overall was maybe a little over hyped.

Popular for a reason. The biscuits really are all that and the addition of mushrooms in their shrimp and grits really makes that a star of the menu. My only wish would be for a half order of biscuits and gravy to also be priced below a full. Good coffee and typically a line. You order at the counter, so late arrivals to your group MUST wait in line to order so plan for this or order for them!

Line to get in wasn't too long, and went fast. We got the Southern Benny, SEC, and chronic bacon. She had a pumpkin spice latte, I had the brown sugar oatmilk latte. All the food was pretty good but he only got three slices of bacon for the price, but it's pretty spicy. Would go again. We also got the cinnamon roll which was also really good.

We were here for brunch on Labor Day weekend. It was hot and we had to queue up for approx. 30 mins to get a table for 7 people. The ambiance is bright and vibrant. Their tables couldn't be joined so we sat on 2 tables next to each other. Food wise, I liked their chicken biscuit (The princess is what they call it), the biscuits here were really good, quite different from biscuits you find at other places. It was flaky almost like puff pastry. The orange juice was fresh and I loved it.

Great food. I would recommend the Lilly or one of the egg dishes probably. I also liked the fruit tea. I got the hot fried chicken one, but couldn’t really appreciate the biscuit that much. Only negative I have with this place was: the table I was at was kinda loud, being right next to the kitchen/washing room and the music was kind of loud too. I know it’s kind of picky but I feel like it’s good to bring this stuff up.

Biscuit Love is a Nashville institution that has been serving up some of the city's best biscuits. The biscuits are made fresh daily and are light and fluffy, with layers of buttery goodness. I ordered the "The All Hail" biscuit, which comes with sausage gravy, cheddar cheese, and eggs. The biscuit was perfectly cooked and the gravy was rich and flavorful. The service at Biscuit Love was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. The atmosphere at Biscuit Love is fun and casual. The restaurant is located in a hip area (Gulch) of Nashville, and there is often a line out the door so you'll need to come early. Biscuit Love is a great place to go for a delicious and affordable meal. The biscuits are made fresh daily and are light and fluffy, with layers of buttery goodness. The other dishes on the menu are also delicious, and the service is friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Biscuit Love to anyone visiting Nashville.

What a great place. The ambiance in this place is top knotch. So was the service. So was the food. The food were plain and simple but extremely tasty. East Nasty and Princess are great. So was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Brown Sugar Lemonade was son-and-so. You'd love the food and ambiance here. Go for it, at least once!!

Despite a long line to get in, the service was fantastic! It was chilly outside and patrons were offered a warm cider. Once inside, we able to order quickly and food arrived in a timely fashion. It was hot and fresh. There was a minor mistake with the order for our large group and they let us keep the extra dish. Servers were friendly and offered extra Brown Sugar Lemonade as I was leaving.

Do not be intimidated by the line, it looked really long but ended up moving somewhat fast. We went during the weekend and maybe stood there for about 15min. The menu can be overwhelming since everything involves biscuits, but take your time and you’ll definitely find something that suits your needs

Very enjoyable breakfast spot. The bonuts are excellent. The coffee was great. Gave it 4 stars as I felt the food was decent but not amazing for flavor.

During my recent visit to Biscuit Love Gulch, I encountered a line with approximately a 20-minute wait. However, once inside, the experience was delightful. The coffee was satisfying, and the food exceeded my expectations with its great taste. The service was both fast and friendly, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The only drawback was the limited options for omelette lovers like myself. Nonetheless, Biscuit Love Gulch is definitely worth a visit for their delicious food and efficient service.

Amazing food, super fast service. A little crowded inside but they were still speedy. Don't be afraid if there's a huge line outside, we weren't in line for more than 10 minutes before being seated. Definitely recommend!

This was my second time at Biscuit Love however, this time I actually got to eat! My first attempt was discouraging because the line was so long. My friends didn’t want to wait so we unfortunately didn’t get to eat. However, second times the charm! This time I was determined and we even timed the experience from line to table and it doesn’t take as long as you would’ve thought. Here’s what you should know so you don’t get discouraged like I did the first time: - while in line they will tell you to scan the QR to their menu so you already know what you want BEFORE you get inside! - once inside, they have you order AND PAY upfront. This eliminates the need for you to sit, ponder, and take up more time/space than needed. - once you pay everything is ready! Believe it or not, their menu is very simple and straight to the point so their kitchen keeps the food in HOT & Fresh in rotation! Our food was steaming and meeting us at our table. - the servers still came by to check on you here and there but for the most part everything was within reach for you to grab on your own. My only complaint was how close the seating is. Of course it’s not as bad as I imagined when I got sat down but it is pretty close so you’re definitely going to make a new friend or two in this restaurant. No one leaves a stranger lol. Also, The vibes are chill and the attire is casual — enjoy!

Delicious spot for brunch! On a Saturday at 11 AM, the line was expectedly long, but even with the wait we had our food at the table about an hour later. (Some people behind us in line said they came on a weekday and had no wait.) There were five of us, and (almost) everything we had was delicious! Fresh OJ, East Nasty, Southern Benny, Egg Plate (my sister said the jam was excellent), Shakshouka Veggie Bowl (with an extra egg - it all balanced perfectly with the salty, buttery biscuit), the B Roll, and Bonuts to share (these are a must!). The only thing that wasn't great were the fried potatoes my husband got as they needed a little more cook time. Coffee was good but it was unclear how to get a refill (we didn't end up needing it though). Overall, this was one of the food highlights of our trip!

One of our favorite places for breakfast. Food always comes out hot and fresh. Their biscuits are delicious. Be prepared to come early for breakfast. There is always a line.

So yummy! This place is a must stop if your in the area. The first time we came we were only there for the weekend and the line was over an hour long. We went on a Monday morning and almost no line. We waited maybe 15 minutes. Food was amazing! Glad we stayed in Nashville during the week, such a different experience and glad we were able to come here!

This place has raving reviews as a must go too in Nashville so we went. Waited in line for an hour in the heat so we ordered a bunch of stuff to try it. The biscuits were dry and more like a roll/biscuit but dry. The chicken flavors were only ok. The tomato gravy was good but more like a spicy tomato soup. The only thing I highly recommend would be the hummingbird shareable and the fresh squeezed OJ. Overall it was good but not worth all the hype, time or money compared to other breakfast places.

Long line (about an hour), in the heat to even get inside. Once inside, we ordered but were sadly disappointed. My father thought he was getting a burger, served on a biscuit, with an egg. His biscuit was burnt, and super hard. His "burger" was more of a sausage patty. Not really a meal for a grown man. Nobody really checks to see how you're doing, so getting refills was tricky. The princess meal was good, but not worth the wait.

Nice concept, very cute, clean and staff was friendly. I ordered a biscuit with chicken and gravy and was very disappointed in the flavors. Also ordered a peanut butter, chocolate and pretzel biscuit. In my opinion Pillsbury frozen biscuits taste better and the pretzels were stale. I didn’t understand the hype for this place or the long lines; will not visit again or recommend; sorry 😐

O.M.G...with an emphasis on the "Goodness". I could've eaten here every morning while on our trip to Nashville. The food here is absolutely wonderful and worth every minute we waited in line to get inside. Special shout-out to the sweetest "hostest with the mostest" (garden tattoo sleeve), who helped us out with our entourage of luggage so we could enjoy breakfast!

Great food. It’s worth the wait. Ordered the off menu item Nasty Princess which was wonderful. Bet biscuit I’ve ever tasted. Hot Chicken was spicy but full of flavor

Over priced for a chicken biscuit/gravy and a soft drink. For three people, I paid $40. Unfortunately, I didn't read that the chicken biscuit was a THIGH. The meat taste left a bad taste in my mouth and did not finish the meal. Unfortunately for my group, we all ordered the chicken biscuit and walked out of there totally disappointed. Would not recommend or go back.

Biscuit Love was my final meal and Tennessee on our way to the airport after a long conference in Franklin and it was well worth the detour! I'm on the other side of the country craving their biscuit and sausage gravy with kale salad right now 24 hours later!

Don’t let the line discourage you. It is worth the wait for sure. The line goes by pretty fast.

Absolutely the most fantastic place! The Bonuts are heaven on earth!

Great food. Clean. Accommodating. There was along line outside. There are umbrellas available so you can be protected from rain or sun. The proprietor let those wishing for carry out ahead of the line of those waiting to be seated.

Omg. The bacon. You have to eat it. Everything I’ve had here is amazing. Love this place and go every time I visit Nashville.

Hubby and I walked from our hotel on 5th street to BL and surprisingly there was NO Line. Get up early and enjoy this fantastic tasty joint. We had the Bonuts and a hot breakfast and everything was delicious! My biggest disappointment was i didnt order the brussel sprout salad.

Great food. Get there early to avoid waiting in line. Definitely worth the wait.

The food was amazing and the line moved quickly. Definitely worth the wait!!
