GREAT service & amazing food! Thank you!!
The Catbird Seat is easily the best restaurant in Nashville, and contender for best restaurant in the country. Chef Ryan Poli and his incredible staff are not only masters of their craft but some of the friendliest people I've encountered during a 5 star dining experience...or any experience for that matter.
Catbird Seat is an absolute gem in Nashville! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The tasting menu was a culinary journey like no other, with each course expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The chef's creativity truly shines here. The intimate, chef's counter seating adds to the experience, as you can watch the magic happen in the kitchen. The wine pairings were spot on, and the sommelier's knowledge was impressive. This is a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking for a memorable dining adventure in Music City!
Simply amazing—all of it…service, food, wine pairing. We will be back!!! THANK YOU and keep up the amazing work!! And thanks for the recommendation for Bear Creek Farms at Franklin Farmers Market. We won’t be able to recreate your steak…but we will still enjoy it!!
Amazing experience. Truly exceptional service and food. Every course was well thought out and a surprise in every bite. Will return and highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Nashville.
We got to experience firstly an amazing menu, awesome time with friends, fantastic service. This is an experience I will not soon forget. Each course had its own cutlery, plate and wine pairing. You never got the same thing twice.
You had a front row seat in watching your meal being prepared and I can see the passion each chef had for their creations. There were 3 servers on Duty and did they deliver! One of our team really wanted a normal coldrink and when they didn't have in stack they ran out and got.
Their service is absolutely amazing.
Thank you!
What an incredible experience we had here the other night. It was amazing watching all the chefs work and the environment was relaxed even with all the movement going on. The tasting menu was inspired, unique, and intriguing to the palette. I loved that we had no idea what was coming next. We got a hard copy of our menu at the end as a memento but no spoilers so I didn’t post. The chefs were knowledgeable and professional. They laughed and joked with us but you could also tell they take great pride in the seriousness of their work. SIDE NOTE: there are some excellent non alcoholic options here. I had the Red Whyne and loved it. Very unique and unsweetened. The blood orange soda was also delicious. If you’re a foodie this is a must go!
Catbird never disappoints. Always make it a point to visit every time I come to Nashville. Top notch cuisine, service, atmosphere, and overall experience.
Enjoyed the early 15 course tasting seating paired with wine. The staff could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable. We had the winter menu which included a lot of seafood dishes. The wine selections were terrific.
If you are interested, you should go. One if not the best dining experiences we've ever had. The staff was great, food was amazing, and it was such a great environment. Could not recommend it enough.
My friend took me here while I was visiting town and It was a beautiful experience! You have to make a reservation and they’ll ask you some questions about allergies and food related questions.
Place was very chill, nice music in the background, the bar seating is right in front surrounding the prep table where your dishes are getting ready to be served. It was nice to see that they give people covered in tattoos a chance to work in here. All the employees were very welcoming. Bathrooms were nice and clean.
The food was delicious, all the dishes were very tasty, different delicious flavors and all prepared nice with a nice presentation. Wines were very fine and tasty. Definitely a good experience and hopefully I come back to town and visit again this place!
If Michelin ratings were given in this part of the country, I feel confident the Cat Bird Seat would be a 3-star. It’s not only the best meal we have had in Nashville, it’s among the best we’ve had in the world, including compared to some 2 and 3-star Michelin restaurants. It’s truly a fine dining experience, from start to finish, and I love that it’s designed to take hours to complete all the magnificent courses. The unique creativeness of the cuisine, the personalized explanation that goes with each course, and the incredible wine/liquor pairings, make it a truly unforgettable experience.
