Qdoba Mexican Eats

This place is good depending on whose working. Just like Chipotle you will get someone that will either have you pay for a decent burrito or someone that will leave you still hungry when you leave. Unfortunately there's only one person at this location that can really make a good burrito and she is amazing! Don't know her name, but she's usually the opener.

Really wanted to love this place. My husband and I were both disappointed. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and inviting. The food wasn't too bad at first. We both got the burrito bowls. However, the rice was undercooked. We both had several bites where it was nothing but hard rice. The spicy queso was definitely spicy (this was not a bad thing, we both enjoyed it) but that queso was the only real heat the meal had. The food must have been sitting for a while as most of it was lukewarm at best. Maybe it's because they just opened up this location and business isn't booming yet, but we'll stick with chipotle(since that's almost exactly what this is). Maybe we'll try it again in a few weeks, or months.

The manager, Joleen, is so friendly and kind that she makes you want to come back. They set up an entire table with crafts and little party hats for the kids to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. At first we thought someone was having a birthday party and to find out it was set up for our very own children was such a sweet surprise. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were outstanding!
