The Flight Center Beer Cafe

Great layout here! Space to move around with friends, play games that they have there too. The beer was fantabulous as well as the store to buy more too! We will be back ASAP!! Great place for people who love craft beers. Huge selection and constantly rotating taps. The food, esp the small plates, are delicious. The staff is very friendly and even the owner stopped by to say hi. Oktoberfest is the bomb! Word of mouth referrals. While running errands in downtown Nashua, met a guy who saw a guy wearing lederhosen at 11 am! And so we ended up at The Flight Center for a great time!

Not bad but far from great. Pretty good beer selection. They were out of a fair amount of items for a Friday night no cheese curds, spring rolls and another item or two. Feel like Friday is the night to have all items in house. Pizzas looked good. Disappointed in roast beef special. For $18 I expected more meat and a presentation that did not look thrown together. The meat was a bit tough too. Once again $18 for a sandwich and side very pricey (also $13 for apple crisp!?!? For example the upscale Copper Door has ALL their desserts priced less than that!) and not well executed. Service was just OK friendly server but did not get us plates to share appetizer and had to be asked to get napkins after meals were delivered never did get silverware. To summarize felt like we were at some national chain restaurant with the prices and service miscues. Establishment is still fairly new though and hopefully can work through the challenges of getting off the ground and running,

I was excited to see the menu it has a lot of items touted as made in house. I ordered the Hot Chicken from Doordash, no issues with that. The selling point for me was the in house made biscuits it came with. Unfortunately, the biscuits were not cooked through I was super disappointed. The Hot Chicken was tasty but it was similar to boneless buffalo wings in flavor except larger in size, my order contained no pickle so it was mostly large buffalo wings. I also ordered the pretzel which was good but the cheese sauce was very grainy like the instant cheese powder. Overall, I was excited by the menu but the execution just didn't hit the mark for me I would try it again maybe chalk it up to a new cook? The menu was promising but overall disappointing experience.

I've never had a bad experience at the Flight Center. The beer selection is huge, and the fact that they have multiple meads on tap is a big plus. Drinks & food are both very affordable, especially during happy hour. I've talked to the owner multiple times as he is checking on customers and he is always nice and friendly. And having the little shop attached to the restaurant is the cherry on top, where you can buy any of the beers you liked while dining and take them home. Definitely recommend!
