Nancy's Diner

We visited for a Sunday brunch and we were quite pleased with everything. We were surprised the place wasn't packed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed to sit wherever we would like. Our server was so pleasant. She appeared to be the only one on the floor and someone else in the back cooking but she was super fast. She took our order, brought our drinks and then right after that our food was ready. It was incredibly fast and accurate. The food was fresh and was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed our time here and we look forward to visiting again!

I will give this place credit where it's due. The food had great flavor, portion and prices. Stopped by for a quick bite. It was pretty empty, but our service was really lacking. We did see a larger group come in after us, but we were one of 3 tables, including the big table. Our waitress got us drinks, took our orders and disappeared. Our food took forever to get to us, and was served cold, by someone other than our waitress who had yet to return to our table. The flavors were still great, but if it were hot when served, it would have been even better (and probably gotten another star). After eating we were left waiting a long time for the check. Another different person ended up giving it to us and we paid immediately. Our original server didn't talk to us again until we were standing up to leave, only then offering us refills on coffee I would have loved to have their food hot, and have better service instead of waiting 20 minutes to get a refill of water or be just leaving when offered a refill on coffee. It seems they've got great recipes. Tldr: It wasn't busy, it took a long time, waitress disappeared, food was served cold, but the flavors, portions and prices were good.

I usually never write bad reviews but this place disappointed me. Food took so long to arrive after ordering a simple strawberry creepe when I finally get to see my food it looked disgusting, the creepe was hard like a toast, strawberries were soggy, whip cream turned into water slush the presentation was disgusting. Told the waiter I didnt want it if I could choose something else. Later on as I'm waiting for my food I'm hearing her complain how we are holding her up from closing her register. Very unprofessional never going back there again!

Awesome location, plenty of parking. But ,at least that day, the food was just okay.Sorry to say, we came in at the end of the breakfast session on Mother's Day and the grill was probably really hot. So the crepes were just a little dry and the potato pancakes were definitely overcooked. Good flavors, good coffee, good service, fun authentic old school diner. The real thing. Bring it up to a 3 1/ 2 ☆ rating. We'll leave it at that.

My other half and I decided to try this diner today after not being able to go to any of our usual places thanks to father's fay. I found it on Google first before realizing we must have driven past this place like a thousand times. The food was good, the prices were good also. The portions were big enough to have you leaving feeling quite full without being over full in the bad kind of way. They did well checking on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn't need anything else. I suppose the worst thing I could think of to say was the waitress was a bit quiet so between that and an accent it was a bit difficult figuring out some of what she said. My other half is hard of hearing so that wasn't great, but beyond that we will definitely be going back again. The positive reviews here are well earned and it was a great discovery.

The food was pretty good. Eggs were cooked right and bacon was a nice even cook through without chewy or burnt spots. I have to say the pancakes although don't taste bad per se they do taste differently than most pancakes. As someone who makes things from scratch I feel like there may be too much flour to liquid ratio. There's no fluff to them and they have a very plain taste. Also no butter came with the pancakes which seems standard with pancakes. My main issue was there was something inside my cup of oj that I drank half of. I was able to remove it using the straw. Makes my stomach turn thinking about it. Had I noticed before the end of our meal I would've told the waitress. I have a photo on my husband's phone. I can post when I get the chance.
