Very unfortunate to experience the steep decline in the quality of food. This was always a go to place for us and the last 2 times we have ordered was very disappointing. Rice was old, Orange Chicken was all fried batter and chicken was unnoticeable , sesame beef (ordered sesame shrimp) was extremely fatty and the chow mien had a very odd sour taste to it. I write this in hopes that ownership takes notice but seeing other recent reviews I am not sure that will be the case. I always give the benefit of the doubt but this second bad experience which was also for my daughters birthday will not be bringing us back anytime soon.

This is the BEST chinese restaurant in the city and surrounding areas. I've been to Kowloon and back, and this is still the place for me. The staff is more than polite and unbelievably attentive. I've seen some other reviews (mostly yelpers) that say the staff is not, but it may be a difference in lunch time staff versus dinner staff. Anyway, the food is really amazing and the photos don't do it justice!

Searched online for quite some time and settled on this rather than 7nana in billerica. When we pulled up and saw the cheap exterior in the strip mall... We got a little worried. As soon as we started walking in the door, though, we felt a bit better. It looks VERY nice inside... They did about the best they could given the space and it works. There was a full many of Chinese, Japanese, and sushi, but we came for the all you can eat sushi buffet. It was $22.99, and it was all made to order. It was pretty good, and well made (except for the eel avocado roll that had way way way too much avocado). If you want sashimi or "fancy" rolls you're going to pay $1 extra per order, which was a bummer. Sushi, maki, and hand rolls were available as well as soup and seaweed, ginger, or avocado salad. Overall, a good deal.

I just ordered from this place as a first time customer. I am writing this review to make awareness of this issue for other customers who may have the interest in eating here. DO NOT! I am pregnant and ordered pickup for the chicken/broccoli .. I was very excited to have this meal. As I was mixing it together , I noticed a small size what looked to be similar to a roach or off that breed. I immediately panicked and lost my appetite. I was so confused as to what I just saw, I again mixed my food and saw 2 more of the same size roaches sitting on the broccoli stems! At this point, I was 1000% DONE!! This was all within 15min of us picking up our order. I called the place to explain this to them and how unsafe it is for people especially someone who is pregnant to be eating such unsanitary food. The person I spoke to had 0 customer service qualities, he told me he didn’t believe me .. and he hung up on me. Well, he better believe that I opened a case with NH DHHS so he’ll be happy to hear from them sooner than later. People could get very sick here!!! What an embarrassment and disgrace to your business sir!!
