Mcdonald's

Asked for sauce for nuggets, 3 each of bbq, hot mustard, honey, we got 2 bbq, you pay for extra so I guess McDonald's needs the money, not give me what I payed for. Got a western quarter pounder, said no bacon, got no fried onions either. This place has slowly gotten worse and worse, are the staff doing this on purpose because of low pay? Has the intelligence quotient dropped so much that putting sauce in a bag requires a college degree?

this restaurant has a new GM and new owners. They have some really great employees now and the GM has even hired people whom have ran stores prior. This places speed has definitely picked up the pace a lot from the years prior and is so much better than what it was. You can tell the improvements. Good job McDonalds staff and team members. You deserve the recognition.

It's been years since I've been to McDonald's, mostly on account of cold food,bad service,and dirty conditions. My husband told me 2 days ago he went in for iced tea, ended up with a hot fresh meal that was delicious. I didn't believe him until this morning when I got breakfast hot fresh fast and delicious!!!!😋🤤 keep up the good work Mcdonald's!!!

I ordered and paid on line.when I got there.they usually ask if it was on-lineand go on through.this time they charged that card twice then she asked if I had another form of payment. I knew I was close to the limit on that card. So I handed them my debit card. No problem I was volunteering so I checked it when I got off. They had charged my card twice and once on another card.I paid $39 fora coffee, 2 hash brown, sausage egg and cheese bicuit and a sausage egg muffin. I call the restaurant with the receipt in hand and was told by person in charge only my debit card.when I got my receipt on my phone and that same receipt had I had been charged twice- two different prices. As I told the young man " they need to train their employees better.I am done. Not worth the time of wait .

For the first time in 5 years I decided to give McDonald's another try, just to be reminded why I quite eating there. The food wasn't rang up right and wouldn't fix it, the food in itself was cold and stale, and the gentleman preparing the food was wearing just one glove but still touching food with the uncovered hand I had informed the lady that brought me my food and she couldn't have cared less or couldn't understand why I was telling her that. Never again McDonalds I'm fine with you and the lack of accountability not only from the managers but the corporation as a whole. Telling the corporate hotline doesn't do anything except apologize and try to give you free stuff instead of fix things.

I did a mobile order. When I got to the drive thru the person told me the drink machine was being cleaned again! I asked can u just switch it to a cheaper iced coffee since I ve already used my coupon. When I got to the window I had been charged 2.99 too much. I asked the cashier to fix this . He said he didn’t know how and that the manager would. When the manager came she said it was impossible to fix of refund any mobile orders. So the child cashier charged me 2.99 more than I agreed to online on the app and then they refused to fix the problem. Then on top of that the fries were cold!!!!
