Subway

I have never left a review before but this felt necessary. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. My family came in at 10, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with dirty looks so we asked if they were open they said yes. As we were ordering my husband asked for a meatball sub they said they had no meat balls so he decided not to get a sub. They had no idea what they offered for kids. Had no over roasted chicken so I had to get sliced chicken. Had signs all over about their new fresh smashed avocado, I asked for some, of course they had none. Half their food bar was empty. It was two young girls working and let’s face it they were too lazy to go to the back and fill the food bar up for their customers so they said they had none. Two gentlemen walked in after us , they were greeted with the same dirty look and had to ask if they were still open as well. Get to the car to eat since the dinning area was blocked off, my whole sub completely fell apart first bite.

My boyfriend asked for two turkey bacon guacamole wraps as they are recommended, and they put all of the veggies on it and no guacamole. They were also all out of meatballs at 1 in the afternoon. He was extremely rushed while he was trying to read the order off of his phone. He was very upset with his experience here.

New meatballs sandwich is good but the price went up. The lady serving made same sandwich to a guy in front of me, when my turn came she only put 7 meatballs instead of eight, about half the chesse the other guy got. When I asked to get more I was told I have to pay for it. I said ok, i don't want it anymore. She still charged me for extra and I was going to leave the sandwich there and go, but I decided it is worth leaving a review instead. so, bad service, monday evening nov-11
