Wow I just had a very wonderful experience and this Steak and Shake. I've been to many Steak and Shakes before however this experience tops them all the food quality was absolutely awesome, the customer service I received just blew me out of the water even though they were extremely busy Lance was such a delight to deal with he knew the menu very well which is very important to me due to the fact that I have allergies he educated me on exactly what's in the shakes and the different sizes. The restaurant was impeccably clean and even though they were very busy he made sure he was very attentive to the drive-through and to myself. Lance you run a tight ship there buddy and I really appreciate it I will be back again Thank you

They got a touch screen now to place your orders and taken away yet another job.. limited options to customize your orders. But still the same good food comes out. I always get Togo or drive through the atmosphere does not feel that inviting anymore good luck finding clean tables as well

Excellent food! steak burgers are very tasty much better than well known rivals. Milkshakes are delicious. Order and pay from a screen. But staff were helpful in showing me the routine. Very pleased will be back.

My entire office smelled like burnt toast as soon as I opened the bag. How do you send this sandwich out to a customer? A blind person would have known this was burnt.

Phenomenal. 9:30pm 2/10/22. First time at a steak n shake. Fkin unbelievable. Straight up best fast food experience ever. Staff exceptional. I work in fine dining. It's these little things that make my day. Thank you.

Honestly I used to work here a long time ago. I got that random urge to go get some food. The floors were really sticky. I don’t know why that bothers me so much. The tables were alright and the seats look fine. Everyone just seem so miserable. The food was soo good tho. I heavily recommend getting a Garlic burger with all the vegetables.

Food is good and the young man at the drive thru with braces (I forgot his name) is kind and jams with my son and I EVERY TIME (I can say, he likes the 90's) lol. Always a good experience. Manager is also very kind.
