Awww man I must say I hardly eat at Taco Bell but this day I stopped and had the Deluxe Carving Box. Man I ate everything. I even ordered more fries. I tell you the atmosphere and professionalism is on point I stopped at about 1800 11/11/23. The manager Mr. Luck son and his crew on point with the food and professional behavior I wish they could travel to around teaching what they all displayed tonight. If your driving and pass this Taco Bell stop in and get some good food from professional people. Thank you.
Quick clean and the most beef I’ve ever received on my cheesy roll ups with beef added. Well done
Super friendly man at the window late at night seemed happy to be doing the job well. He seemed motivated to be efficient and joyful in the moment. Food was great, a bit more expensive but it’s been a while since I’ve had Taco Bell so kinda makes sense.
My wife and I stopped for our lunch today at this location.
These were caring workers from our observation in the lobby.
Excellent customer service and we could see our food being made was made with care.
We felt like the employees were vocal and rally made sure they completed each task to perfection.
5 star treatment at this location.

Wow backwards and forward, it's been a minute since I stopped in at this location @ Davis & Collier Blvd ( Naples ). Excellent customer service by Misty Shepard who took my order. I was very impressed from past employee interactions. I ordered the Grilled Burrito Box , wow so much food I didn't even finish it all. Had to take the Burrito home.
Amazingly fast and accurate! Best Taco Bell I've ever been too! Staffing is very friendly and respectful and actually cares about every order they put together.
Good stop by the road, not traditional tacos but still delicious. One of our ordered tacos was missing and they gave us 2 more for substitutions. The Diablo sauce is really 🔥!
The day staff here is so friendly. My order is always accurate, even with multiple customized items and sides of different sauces. Top tier fast food service for the East Naples and Golden Gate communities.
If you want what you ordered, come to Taco Bell. If you want to take a shot in the dark with your order, go next door to McDonald's! I've always had fresh, hot food, and exactly what I ordered from here, no matter the time, day or night. Thank you all at Taco Bell. Keep up the great work!
Let me tell you, the last couple of times I’ve gone through this particular Taco Bell the service has gotten a million times better/pleasant. The last couple times going through the drive-thru I’ve been helped by Cilanie and she has been so dope to order from and pleasant. Today we mixed up a couple times and she still was very cool and un-judgemental for a minor switch. The last guy that took a orders there was emotionless, cold and rushed/irritated everytime we got him for the longest time. You need to give that drive-thru lady Cilanie a raise because the experience of going there had some capital improvements 👍🏼
