This Dunks has gotten much better since the revamp. It looks nice and has plenty of room to dine in. Pastry/Donut case is a nice display to see what they have in stock.
Great DD store. Clearly, the Manager here cares about his store and staff. They all work hard, get the orders out fast and correct every time, and they treat the customers well. In a current world where excellent customer service is often lacking, this team excels at it. Thanks, and keep it up.
I haven't been inside the location on Collier since it was renovated, I have only gone through drive through, but I can say that I have noticed lately that the staff there has been super pleasant, orders are ready super fast. The manager there is doing a fabulous job of training employees. Good work!
Stopped in for breakfast and Iris was the cashier. She was so friendly and was very patient with my friend trying to use Apple Pay.
We sat and ate and I watched Iris with customers and she greeted everyone that came in.
Iris is an example of great customer service and an asset to the store.
The store was the cleanest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been in. The service was extremely fast.
Black guy at the counter was really friendly & professional. 5 star from him. . Food was great. I recommend. Other older ladies I saw were also really friendly & professional

So I came in with 4 different orders for co-workers. During lunch hour, during a pandemic and worker shortage.. The girl that took my order was so cheerful and helpful, very quickly and efficiently took my four orders, and by the time I walked to the other side of the counter everything was ready in separate bags with all of the correct orders and labeled the bags. Everyone was friendly there, and efficient and I will definitely be going there a lot more often.
The gentleman this morning that helped me was so polite and friendly. The apple fritter is so good. Better than Tim Hortons for sure. Coffee is really great as well.
Incredibly fast service and quality never fails. The lines movie rapidly and employees treat you like family. I’ve always felt welcomed!
They just revamped this store. Looks great! Great service always friendly and they make my coffee and tea perfectly!
