Last time I dined at Firehouse (about a month ago) I had a very average experience, including several issues at checkout. I decided to give them another shot and ordered through the mobile app rather than in person. When I walked in the store I was greeted with "Welcome to Firehouse" and my order was on the rack. Even though I ordered through the app. I decided to Dine in. The Owner Kevin couldn't have been nicer. He made my family and me feel very welcomed. He offered us trays so that we didn't have to eat out of the Togo container, and offered water. This type of hospitality goes a long way and was glad to see that my previous experience was just an off day. Because of the owner Kevin, I will be back.

Firehouse Subs never disappoint! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The friendly greeting and ease of ordering make this a great place to have lunch or dinner. I had the Italian and it was presented perfectly and the taste is awesome!

Excellent service. My son ordered the Engineer large to share with his sister for lunch. The man behind the counter took notice and brought out a second deli tray with a pickle to give her a place to eat her sandwich. Very nice service. 5 stars all the way. We will be back.

Great spot! Very friendly staff and the food is awesome. My friends and I have never been disappointed. I wish it was cheaper but other than that they're doing great.

5 star experience all around! Love the staff and management at this location. All are very friendly, facility is very clean, and the food is great! Definitely would recommend. One of our favorite places to dine in!

Always a pleasant experience with great food! The staff is warm and welcoming and the food is delicious. I make several modifications too and they always get it right. Dining area is clean, same with the drink area! Definitely recommend this for a good lunch spot

Love this place! Food is so good and they are so nice. Staff is quick too, even when it’s really busy I never wait more than 10-15 minutes. There is indoor and outdoor seating, both of which are nice and clean. Really recommend this spot for lunch anytime

The sandwiches were delicious and the potato soup was to die for. The owner introduced himself to me and my guest and it was really nice and friendly. It was a great experience.
