Marco's Pizza

So I've been ordering from this location for years and honestly love the food and service. I live in a gated community and, because of that, it has made deliveries of any kind unreasonably inconsistent. No matter if it's food or mail. Depending on your GPS, it'll say we live on another street, live across the street, or live in a completely different house. No clue why! A recent delivery went wrong when the driver simply couldn't find my house. It was actually kinda funny... I think the driver was new and unfortunately, the driver only spoke Spanish. I only speak English, so there was no way for me to help them, but Marco's staff had that covered. They had someone at the store call the driver and direct them where to go. It still took longer than expected, but they got the pizza here! In total, it probably took about 45 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, but I'm honestly so surprised at how hard they tried to resolve the issue. When it hit about the 30 minute mark, I called the store to see what was going on and they had let me know about the issue. They were very apologetic and the woman on the line offered a coupon and such (one of those do-whatever-I-can-to-appease-a-less-than-reasonable-customer situations) and even offered to have a new pizza made and deliver it themselves. In the end, I honestly wasn't pressed about it. I was confused as much as they were. I don't want any coupons, or any special treatment, but I am very pleased with the customer service this location provided in that situation and I'll continue to order from them. A+

This place was fantastic all the way around, the food was served hot, and the best cheesy bread ever!! The service was awesome, the guy was super friendly and very attentive. And my favorite part of the interaction was when he said “grab your POP” brought back childhood memories. Will definitely be back!

The pizza was fantastic and carry-out readiness was exactly on time. BUT.. I was upset that the lady at the counter did NOT have a mask on, she opened my pizza box while it was on the shelf to look inside to be sure it was correct but she did NOT have on a mask and her face was close to my open pizza. There's a sign to social distance, I stood back from the man in front of me but when he turned to leave, he had to walk less than 2 feet or closer by me. I don't have a problem with them not wearing gloves to handle the pizza box but I do have a problem that the lady at the counter didn't wash her hands after helping the man in front of me, she handled his receipt, his pizza box then went directly to my receipt and pizza box without cleaning her hands. I didn't notice if the bakers wore masks in the back. So I would give 5 stars for the pizza but 2 stars for safety.

Well I am not moved by reviews but know 90% of people are. I never ate here before now. Saw quite a few negative reviews and decided let me be my own review. I ordered a 10" pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, & onions. With a fountain drink for 12.95. While it was apparent this location needs help(help wanted signs) it in noway affected my lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed and loved the crust. Won't have any issue going back.

The pizza was pretty good and the restaurant was pretty nice for a takeout place. But the service could have been a little bit better. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The staff didn't seem very friendly and it seems like I was bothering them anytime I had to ask them for something. There was no silverware out on the tables and there was no cheese or pepper or any other toppings for the pizzas out on the table. So, I had to request these things at the front counter as we needed them. Upon request they did have some garlic butter which is very good on the pizzas similar to what you would get from Papa Johns. So, the 4-star rating is for the quality of the pizza. I think most people go here for takeout and will be pleased with the pizza. But if you're eating in the restaurant I wouldn't expect too much as far as service.
