I had an incredible experience at The Cave. As a local who grew up in Southwest Florida, I've always wanted to experience the upscale dining scene here, but the prices often deterred me. However, Sizzle Dining changed that for me, allowing me to savor the bougie lifestyle without breaking the bank.

We ordered the 5 course meal and it was exceptional. The chef talked to us ahead of time to discuss any allergies/likes/dislikes. Our server was very attentive and knew the wines and menu well. It was an amazing evening.
Amber Juan and Athens were great last night! Super friendly and personable staff. A fun place to hang if you want to avoid large crowds! They also have a wine store, wine club and amazing food!

Where to start? The service was absolutely amazing; the craft cocktail drink selection spoke volumes to the bartenders’ talents; and the food was phenomenal. The inside of the restaurant is one of a kind and worth a visit for a glass of wine and the charcuterie at a minimum.
Food was good, except for one dish, but overall really good. Waiter was very slow. He did not have many tables, but was not checking on us. Had to ask twice refill our glass.

LOVE this place. Went for the wine, stayed for the cocktails. Bartenders are SO skilled and some of the best seasonal cocktails! The food was fab too.
What a great place! If you're going, do the 6 course taste menu designed by the chef, with the wine pairing; it's phenomenal!!! The mixed drinks are beautiful and taste amazing.
