We stopped in for lunch last week. The place adorable and has lots of Italian groceries for sale as well. We all ordered sandwiches and everything was very tasty but the bread was toasted and extremely hard. They didn’t have any fries in stock so we all just had sandwiches.
I have loved Frankie’s deli since they opened! Their subs are the best in all of Naples! Their tunafish is my favorite! Our community uses them for St. Patrick’s Day every year, and I have never had corn beef better than Frankie’s!! Please give them a try. They are indeed excellent.

I asked a couple of questions since a few things seem interesting in the menu and they recommended to get a Parme sausage and pepper sub. Let me tell you! It was outstanding! Great flavors just like the Nonna used to make, and the bread... Many places underestimate the importance of a good bread but this place is not one of those. I didn't ask, but it was just like if it just came out of the oven, warm with a perfect crust and texture that does not ge saggy as you eat it.
It was beyond perfection!

Stopped here for a quick lunch while visiting family in Naples, nobody warned me that it was going to be the best Italian sub I’ve ever had!!
I got the Frankie’s Italian and it was massive, tons of meat and toppings, and the flavor was unbelievable. The bread was crusty and perfect, all the meat was incredibly fresh, and the peppers and spicy mayo really sealed the deal.
Going to make it a point to stop in here next time I’m in south FL.

Do not miss this place if you haven't been here yet! If you're looking for a delicious hoagie with fresh meat and a real Italian roll this is the place to come. That is one thing you can not find down here in Bonita Springs/Naples area is a good roll for hoagies. Frankie's has one! The size of the sandwiches are large so you can share one and still be full. Inside the shop you will find a cute area to sit at a bar seat or tables as well. You can also shop for Italian pastas, bagged cookies or canned sauces. That is the only thing I think they should work on, the prices for those items are high. They even offer homemade dishes in their case but we haven't tried them. Frankie's is our location to head to for a delicious hoagie!
First time going. I'm a huge foodie so I enjoy trying local restaurants. It was very quiet going in, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately at the time they didn't not have single sliced pizzas so my 7 yo had to settle with lasagna. She enjoyed it was able to take leftovers. My boyfriend chose the meatball sub and he really enjoyed the amount of cheese they add on to it. I ordered the chicken parm sub and it was ok. It lacked seasoning and the chicken was a bit tough to chew. I loved the outer layer of the bread. It was very crunchy which I like. And we got 3 fountain drinks to go with them. The price was a little too much for the quality, but it was good. Hopefully, I get to try their cold subs next.
We just finished our football game day! No 1 sub liked by the group - the Felon with Frankie’s Italian a close second. My personal fav the eggplant parm did not disappoint as always! The Turkey club was a hit too!
The subs and pizza are amazing, tonight tried the lasagna and meatballs - the best lasagna anywhere - I didn’t count but looked 7 levels high, taste amazing! Thank you Frankie’s!
I went there about 3 weeks ago and ordered one of the best Italian subbs ever. I was impressed with the entre experience from being acknowledged upon stepping up to the counter to the quality of the food.
Frank waited on me and suggested that I try his version of a Itslian sub.
I stopped there on Thursday and picked up meat lasagna for dinner , a sun named
“The 5th Avenue”, a loaf of Italian bread and a box of Italian cookies. Enjoyed everything I purchased. I am sending my girlfriend’s Mother there today to get lasagna because she had some for lunch with her daughter at our home yesterday.. So far everything has been delicious. The portions are large and I felt that the price of the food was inline with the quality.
