Jack's is an excellent local place with exceptional service and food, personally I've been going to this place for 20 years they make you feel welcome, like your more than just a customer. Kinda like Norm at the end of the bar on Cheers... the staff even makes up food every now and then for my task trained seizure alert dog. Local bands are a hit there, and it's gotten 100 times better since there's table service and Jackie no longer works there.
Wanted to try the local seafood. I thought it was a bit pricey for the location and quality of food. It was good, however. The coleslaw was really bland however.
The best place to eat in Naples is this, I recommend! Everything was great: the food, good atmosphere, and the service.
Strip Mall restaurants make me nervous, but this place had a Cheers vibe with many locals coming for Happy Hour yelling Hello to each other! But very dark inside so we chose outdoors where people smoked next to us upwind...blah! Service excellent with 2 servers and they didnt make us feel like they forgot about us for being outside! Clam chowder rich and flavorful, crab cakes yummy, burgers seem hand made and of flavorful meat quality, fried fish big pieces of Cod, and French Fries that were mayonnaise deserving quality! Will be back next time we visit Vanderbilt Beach!
Wow, we can't say enough about tonight. Place was packed, seat yourself but surprise, John came right over, drinks and food came right out, again John was fantastic, the fresh snapper (blackened) and all the food was great

Blown away again. Don't wait to have them seat you, just find a seat, they will be right over. Cody and Stephanie took Fantastic care of us. We had the Snowy Grouper special, only $30 with premium sides.
Great food, large portions. The Grouper basket has two HUGE pieces of grouper for a very reasonable price. Plenty of staff, attentive waitstaff. We will be back, give it a try!
Fun place , casual . Really good service and delicious food . Fresh Tile blackened fish was very good . The homemade pretzel was a must have . Grouper sandwich was also very good , big portions of fish .
Found this gem on a YouTube review! So worth it. The seafood quesadilla is so yummy! The seafood is fresh and the cheese is real and the bread is toasted light and crispy. The grouper sandwich is delicious. The grouper is so big it hangs off the sandwich. Had the adult alcoholic milkshake and the jalapeno margarita. Sounds weird I know but the taste is so clean and it's not spicy but it's warm and the flavors are just so amazing and they go together so well.

Visiting Naples and I decided to try some place new. My google review partner (my mother in law) was up for something new as well and Jacks was just the place. We both love a good bar, with great food, service and atmosphere, and Jacks did not disappoint. I had stopped here a few times in the past for a drink at night but never had any of the food. We found a spot at the bar and immediately were greet and welcomed by the bartender. It was quite crowded and everyone seemed to be eating. They had a few nice specials on the board and a nice selection on the menu. As we got acquainted with the menu, the gentleman sitting next to us raved about the pasta carbonara special. I was sold and ordered it for my entree along with a house salad. My mother in law felt like a lighter fair and enjoyed the calamari. Now I know everyone is thinking, who orders carbonara at a bar, well I did. It was delicious, full of garlic, a solid portion of pasta and two TEXAS toast slices of garlic bread. The salad was also a nice portioned plate with fresh ingredients. My mother in law raves about her calamari and I would say the food would keep me coming back. I also ordered a drink and the bartender is not stingy on the pour. I am not asking for double or triple shots, but I do like to taste the alcohol in my drink and they did a great job.
All in all, I will add Jacks to my rotation of places to visit when I am back in Naples again. However, I think I’ll add an Uber to my list so I can enjoy some of the live nightly entertainment and well made cocktails with the no need to drive myself home. Lol
Time and time again, Jacks has beat the keys quality hands down. Whatever fresh fish is on the board, is guaranteed fresh trust me. Coming from a commercial fisherman and seafood connoisseur. This place is my favorite restaurant; superb service to say the least. Jake and the rest of the crew make you feel like family; leave stuffed and feeling good everytime! 😉🤘🏼Great lunch/dinner or even a party place on some nights!
