Pelican Larry’s was amazing! We started off with a round of drinks (the margs very superb) and then got the conch fritters and fresh oysters. Both were some of the best I’ve ever had. We had the beach bread and the shrimp quesadilla. The quesadilla had house made mango pineapple salsa that was to die for! Highly recommend this place! And Star took excellent care of us.
This is essentially a big bar. It has several umbrella tables completely outside and a large open air area under the roof to eat. The server and bartender that checked on us a couple times were very attentive and friendly. Can't beat the service from my experience. The inlaws loved the peal and eat shrimp here and that's why we came and they were quite tasty as well as the grilled shrimp. The grilled grouper was very thick and good but was probably 1 minute undercooked. The grouper Ruben that wasn't on the newer menu that they did make anyway was pretty good. The conch fritters were good but just a little too moist in the center. Would definitely come here again.
Larry's is a great local bar and grill. The bartender's are very friendly and personable. Late night menu 10-2. Inside bar and kinda outside bar with smoking available. Only downside is (outside) bar is kinda sticky from Florida humidity (not there fault).
We had a couple of hours to kill before our VRBO was ready and we’re starving so we looked on google and Pelican Larry’s was close by so we decided to stop. It is obviously a hangout to watch football games and had a good atmosphere. We had fried pickles, calamari, mango shrimp a dilla, a Cesar salad and grilled Cesar wrap. The food was delicious and an excellent Bloody Mary! They have recently changed hands or management, I am not sure which and had new, young people in the kitchen so there was a little bit of a wait but it didn’t bother us. Once the kinks get worked out, this place will be rockin! I expected it to be more expensive because of the area, but it was really pretty reasonable IMO. We were so glad we turned around to hit this little bar.
Always our favorite sports bar in Naples, good specials on the weekends on buckets 🪣 and drafts. Bartenders are on it and polite and don't stress when you ask to change the TV stations lol.
Family visiting from Phoenix. Wonderful service, excellent service. Mango PEI mussels, oysters, and konk chowder and peel and eat shrimp were excellent. Wait staff so friendly. So happy we introduced our family to Pelican Larrys.
Tuesday Night karaoke is So fun ! Friday, Saturday DJ is there he plays good music I Enjoy dancing with friends on their Little Dance floor . They got Pool and Darts. Security Guards are Chill.. My Favorite Bartender is Mathew . I tried the Chicken wings n drumsticks they were over cooked, Dry and hard af. The Pelican Larrys Punch has Liquor its Real good , they do it virgin too . also they make Strawberry Margaritas that are real good !! I come here Often 😁
Great sports bar atmosphere. TVs everywhere. I doubt you can find a seat that doesn't have a great view of several TVs. Extensive menu. Choices that I imagine would satisfy anyone. My wife had the grouper sandwich and I had the grouper Ruben. Both were prepared nicely. Both were nice portions, esp for lunch. The house made potato chips were great. No need to upgrade to fries. At this point, I'm thinking 5 stars... But the lost star was service. We had lunch a little after 1pm. Place had a good amount of customers, esp at the bar. But it wasn't packed or crowded. Service was very slow. We actually sat at a table, near other people, and no one ever came by. We moved to another area and got a server to acknowledge us. After that, it was still slow service. The server was trying, but it wasn't enough. After we got our meals, another server did check on us.
This was a great random find on the way home from South Florida. We had the mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, steak sandwich, wings, and their fries. Everything was hot and delicious. The mozzarella sticks sauce was better than any I've ever had. The steak sandwich melted in your mouth and the wings were super seasoned and flavorful. I'd recommend this place any day! They also have Foosball and pool tables as well as $1 jello shots in case you want to get crazy.
Came for a lunch with my mom-in-law, 1p on Saturday. The parking lot was full, but the crowd was all sitting outside (nice and cool and quiet inside). Dylan was super friendly and polite, and the food did take a long time to come out, but not his fault.
My mom got the wings with bleu cheese, said they were really good. I settled on the Pub Sub sandwich, mild with honey mustard, and it was delicious. And then there are the fries... omg... The fries are amazing! Don't miss out on those.
