Nice patio and atmosphere at the Mercato. Tried their BWT Burger, it was excellent! The cheesecake dessert was also very good. Only reason they are not getting a 5-star review is because of the service, seriously lacking.
I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The patio was half full, and the restaurant was mostly empty. I sat at the bar and ordered a Caesar salad with salmon, and had an old fashioned cocktail.
I think the patio and bar seating and restaurant are very appealing. There was a somewhat unpleasant odor at the bar area, akin to a medicinal or cleaning solution smell along with something that smelled like sour milk.
My Caesar salad and the salmon were very, very good. My old fashioned cocktail was not.
I am a big fan of indoor/outdoor seating areas and I enjoyed my time and my lunch here.
Nice location, great to sit outside and watch “the parade of people”. Chicken Marsala GREAT with wonderful vegetables (!) as was the wedge salad. Chicken Milanese “OK”… didn’t know it would be fried. . Service good. Enjoyable happy hour. :-)
McKenzie at the bar is an all star! Attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Stopped in for a few appetizers. My water glass stayed full and she followed up to ensure we were good! Exceptional service which is quite unusual in Naples.
Came for bottomless mimosas. It was only $13. They had pineapple, orange and grapefruit flavors! I ordered the French toast off the brunch menu and it was so good! Also ordered the lobster bisque and calamari and I give it a 10/10. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Great prices. Very good food. All this equals a hit in Naples. We will be back! The best French fries ever! Burntwood burger required my jaw to unhinge. Calamari is a thicker cut than we are used to but was very tender and flavorful. The cooks know what they are doing here.
This was the first time eating at the Burntwood Tavern, and what a nice place. My wife is vegetarian, so when she saw they had the Impossible Burger, we went in for lunch. From the time we entered we were greeted warmly by the hostess and the staff. They have two seating areas, inside and outside. Inside is nice but a bit dark and the temperature was on the cool side, so we chose to sit outside. There are a number of regular tables as well as high top tables. The bar is also located here and had a number of people eating lunch there. This is also a great place to people watch.
The food was very good and so was the Sangria. I had the Chicken and bacon sandwich and my wife had the Impossible Burger. Both were very tasty.
The wait staff were very friendly and attentive. The furnishings and decor were very much to my liking. I highly recommend the Burntwood Tavern in Naples, Florida.
We had lunch there last week and the service was horrible The waitress messed up the whole order. Asked to speak to a Manager and Dave came over and was very pleasant and understanding He was the nicest manager we have ever spoke to for his kindness and understanding I would give 5 STARS ✨ THANK YOU DAVE WE WILL BE BACK
They have a good tasting veggie burger and delicious fries to compliment. Ambience is great for family or just out for a date. Loved the fact that I was able to watch the kids play while I waited for other guests. Huge bonus! The cost is very affordable especially on Mondays!

This is an update thanks to Dave, the new General Manager, at Burntwood Tavern who welcomed us back with efficient and pleasant service.
I had a very tasty cheeseburger and my husband had fish and chips. Both very good.
We will definitely return with family and friends in the future.
Job well done Dave !
