Delicious sushi with each ingredient portioned well. Not too much seaweed. For those like me who don't eat a lot of sushi, they have a tempura chicken roll, which it can be hard to find chicken sushi!
The hibachi bowls are served up hot and fresh without too much oil weighing it down. Veggies cooked perfectly and not too tender.
There isn't a bad thing I can say about Hibachi of Japan. I eat there twice a week!

My family and I have been coming here for years and have not had a bad experience. For the price, the food value is excellent. There is a sushi place across the street and while the atmosphere is nicer, it is expensive.
The shrimp bowl, two sushi rolls and edamame appetizer (not pictured) was $34 (w/out tip). Dinner for two, hard to beat.

Fresh good quality sushi and Japanese cuisine. We always have great service and reasonable prices. It’s difficult to get really good seaweed salad, well portioned, at a good price.

I have been eating here since 2013 when they first opened. Never got once have I had a bad meal. During my high school years I would eat here nearly 2 or 3 times a week. Always good food and great service. They’ve expanded to 3 or so new locations and each one is as good as the first. Love the place!
