This was our second time hosting a family night here for East Naples Middle School PTO. The food is delicious & the staff is very friendly. Kimberly is always so helpful and kind. We highly recommend coming to Burger-Fi to host a dine to donate night and raise funds for your school or organization. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

First time here. I got the Double BurgerFI Cheeseburger and my husband got the BBQ Rodeo Burger. Excellent food. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms. Tables and chairs were dirty with crumbs everywhere and bathrooms look like they’ve never been cleaned. Will definitely go back but would be nice if it was cleaner. Update: Came back again today and Karla who was at the cashier was amazing. Excellent customer service and it was no nice and refreshing to see someone whose cheery and actually enjoys their job. The restaurant was also very clean today, so maybe we just came at a bad/busy time yesterday. 10/10 recommend this place!

BurgerFi is one of the best burger places! The food is extremely good at at a similar price to other restaurants. We got the regular burgers here and they taste delicious with very little grease which is preferable. The fries are also good considering we got them to go and they were not bad 30 minutes after we ordered them. BurgerFi is definitely one of the top burger locations in Naples for a great price!

First Experience and have to say was great . De Sean is outstanding at giving amazing service. He made special accommodations to help me and I really appreciated it. Great guy!! Today was the first time I have ever ate at BurgerFi and I have to say I WAS impressed! For one, my kids were acting a mess and our cashier Andrea was honestly the best at guiding us through the menu with ease. The area was clean and the food tasted great! We will be back!

We stopped here for lunch during our vacation, and I'm so glad we did. The burgers were delicious and a fair price for the size. Fries were fresh and crispy, and the milkshake was so creamy. It's definitely a great choice for a casual burger stop.
