P.f. Chang's

The Naples P.F. Chang's has improved exponentially from 2 months ago when they raised their prices and reduced portion sizes. Our Saturday dinner was phenomenal with perfectly cooked and seasoned lettuce wraps, Chang's Spicy Chicken, a shrimp dish, and a large piece of chocolate cake. I have always loved the cuisine at Chang's and will happy to return. Debra is a gifted manager and leader who goes out of her way to make her staff feel appreciated. I am always impressed when I encounter someone in leadership who genuinely cares about his or her staff.

I took my mom for her 78tth birthday yesterday, and we had Debbie as our server. The place was empty, which I thought was strange. The food was amazing. The service was even better, Debbie is such an attentive, great server. When it was time for the check, she came out with a big slice of chocolate cake for my mom. It was such a sweet, kind thing to do, And I don’t think too many places do this anymore. I don’t know why more people don’t go there, the food is always consistent and great.. Will be back, and we hope to sit in Debbie’s section!

We had the pleasure of Debbie as our server tonight. She was amazing. Friendly and attentive with a great personality and sense of humor. She’s a one person PR department because she treats her customers like friends and she obviously cares a great deal about the restaurant. Oh, the food was good, too.

We are frequent diners here and have been “around the menu.” Everything tonight was especially delicious from start to finish. Coconut Mojito‘s, pan fried dumplings, barbecue ribs for appetizers. Crispy honey, chicken and Mongolian beef with fried rice for our entrée. Sooooooo good. Stellar service from Debby and Eric made the experience extra wonderful!

Stopped in for a quick appetizer and viewing the dishes coming from the kitchen I changed my mind as everything looked so appetizing. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken entree with a glass of iced tea. My server, Debbie, was very cordial and attentive checking back to make sure my food was to my liking and if I needed anything else.
