Love eating here...everything is fresh, organic and absolutely delicious. I have different items each time and especially enjoy the lasagna, crudités and bowls...the flourless chocolate cake is to die for (and I own Beyond Outrageous Brownies, and I know desserts)...Victoria is a fabulous server!
You need to eat here. Had several apps over two days including the herb hummus, the farmer’s market crudeties, shiitake lettuce cups and the charred cauliflower.-
All amazing and delicious. Generous portions too means I brought home leftovers! I would eat here every day if I could. Nice job, team True Food.

Exceptional in every way. I frequent the Naples area for work on a regular basis and TFK is absolutely my favorite restaurant where I have been known to go three evenings in a row! People often ask me with all the wonderful restaurant options in the Naples area, why do you go there all the time. I say the same thing. The menu is incredible, healthy, and diverse. The staff from the greeter to the servers, those serving the bar, and those in the kitchen that often times assist with being some of the food out are all so profession, courteous, and nice. I live the the Tampa Bay Area, and I do go to the Tampa location, but the Naples location has set the bar incredibly high. I took the time to observe of the multiple times I have been there and it all leads to one thing. The Naples location has an incredible manager, Jacob. Jacob regularly can be seen going around and checking on each guest, assisting the servers and willing to step in. You can tell he works hard and his team really respects him. He always goes out of his way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated and I see him doing the same for other customers as well. I left dinner tonight feeling compelled to leave this review as I had such a wonderful enjoyable experience. Hats off to Jacob. He is a tremendous asset to the restaurant. For those that haven’t tried the restaurant, I highly recommend. The menu is exceptional and changes from season to season. I’ve loved everything I have, but personally can’t wait till they bring back the sea bass dish. I always start with a relaxing tulsi tea and end the evening with the hot matcha horchata, which is incredibly good! Thanks again for the great food but most importantly a great experience each and every time.
Burger was excellent quality! I got the Peruvian Burger + jalapeños, roasted chilis. Next time I would not get blue cheese, but that’s just a personal preference.
This was my first experience at true food and it really exceeded my expectations. To start the tuna tar tar was really delicious and a very high quality cut of fish. The flavor and freshness really impressed me. The pizza was also very good and the bright eyes juice was so refreshing. The most memorable part of the experience was our server. We had Nick as our server and he went above and beyond to accommodate our party. He checked in on us just the right amount to make sure we were ok. He is a very welcoming person and had so much knowledge about the menu. He stayed and explained anything we had questions about and was such a warm presence. On top of being so easy to talk to, he was so efficient and really on the ball. Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had because I really felt like I was being treated like a friend by Nick and not just another customer passing by. True foods has earned a new loyal customer and a regular. We’d love to eat with Nick helping us any time.
Love going to True Foods! The food is always such a fresh high quality taste. You don't leave overly full portions are just right. The servers seem to really enjoy their job. I leave there feeling like I ate as healthy as you possibly can and the food is delicious.
AMAZING FOOD! We had the bright eyes juice, tuna tartare and the squash pizza and everything was phenomenal. Our server Nickie was by far the best server I have ever had the pleasure to experience. His warm energy, attentiveness, and genuine care for providing us with an exceptional dining experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. I was brought to tears by his kindness. I highly recommend this place even if just to meet this amazing human being.
Omnivorous site but has some wonderful vegan options and nice portions at that
I got the Tuscan kale salad all I had to do was remove the cheese and add avocado and red bell pepper and it was an absolute win.
Then I tried the chopped salad- (half option)
It was So fresh and a sweeter salad with the vinaigrette and dates and cranberries and apples made it SO WOW. The nut variety is great. So refreshing.
I also asked for a side of Forbidden rice with
Some Sweet potato hash side was super delish with sautéed onions went down wonderfully.
Ancient grains bowl was the highlight for sure!
Wow this was such a fun dish! I just loved this dish with the sautéed onion and mushrooms on the side with sweet potatoes and avocado.
Kale refresher was just that
Strange beast hard kombucha was also tasty!

First timer here while visiting Naples. This is a really good restaurant.
As a vegetarian, I tried Mediterranean salad with seasonal veggies.. yum yum.
I also tried the pink lemonade because it has dragon fruit in it. This also was really yummy.
I would recommend this place and I’d give True Food Kitchen two thumbs up! 👍🏽👍🏽
Service & Atmosphere always great. Food was good although the Cauliflower dish was a little different than the one i usually get at my TGK in TPA. Wasnt as charred & missing dates & pistachios but still good. Kale Salad with chicken can't go wrong. I wanted the grass fed beef but the waiter mentioned it was cooked on the well done side. I prefer medium to rare so I opted for chicken.
Their trout with quinoa is delish! Portion is generous and enough to share! This is my second time having this dish and I will be back for more!
If your into healthy food this is your place, very beautiful the place, friendly staff, and the food was awesome, i ordered the peach drink it was good, i forgot the name of the plate i had but wow, it tasted great it was a steak salad, ill post pick of it.
