Cookies By Design

The cookies are excellent! They are big, the right amount of softness and taste great. Ordering online was very easy. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is this: when I ordered for Valentine's Day, the site indicated delivery would be ON Valentine's day. I was a little surprised, figuring it would be a busy day for them, but that's what the site stated. The cookies were delivered the day before. Not a tragedy, but not what I expected. The receipt on the outside had "delivery BY Feb 14." I'm pretty positive the website said ON Feb 14, not BY Feb 14. Maybe there was a disclaimer on the website about delivery that I missed...? Maybe. But my second issue: the cookies were delivered with the included card on the outside along with a detailed receipt with the cost! Why would they deliver the receipt to the recipient?? Again, not a tragedy. The cookies were a surprise for my work-at-home husband, and we share household expenses so I didn't need to really hide the cost, but the early delivery and visible receipt certainly took away from the surprise I was going for. But again, the cookies ARE delicious!

We tried the little free cookies the day we got our whole graduation cookie set. They were delicious. Can't wait to share the graduation cookies with the friends and family!! I Loved that they were nicely wrapped individually and with the blue ribbon on each. The box it came in was sooo elegant for being delivered. My mediate family was very impressed with the whole delivery and look.

I’ve ordered several times from this Naperville IL location. Both cookie bouquets and cupcakes and some other seasonal items. Each time I’ve been extremely happy with the staff I spoke with locally, the delivery (they even called to confirm they delivered my orders!) and the products were beautiful. I continue to use them for birthday and holiday gift delivery orders as I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve ordered from them. Not sure if it is an owner or manager I’ve talked to but the woman I spoke with was very helpful each time—even with a couple of last minute orders on my end— she did everything she could to accommodate my request.

Great experience at this particular Cookies by Design in Naperville, IL! I ordered an Easter cookie arrangement for same day and it was delivered just a couple of hours later! The driver called to confirm delivery and I got an email notification also. Exceptional service! Highly recommend. Thank you.

The site was easy to use, pricing was fair and the package was delivered exactly how the picture showed on their website. My friend who recently had a baby was very happy to see it and it was delivered on time. my only minus point is , there was no option of putting my name so the tag shows who its from. thankfully my friend messaged me and figure out it was me. Not sure if I missed it, but I didn't see it when ordering . Also, my package was delivered in the morning as requested , so thank you, however my phone call for the confirmation of delivery came in the evening. If I had known on time, I could have called my friend to let her know its from me. Other Than this my experience was great and I do highly recommend them.

I ordered cookies on Valentine’s Day to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, and this company exceeded my expectations. I just wish the price wasn’t so expensive. I didn’t realize that I spent over $20 for such a tiny bag of cookies. Additionally, I wish I would’ve gotten a confirmation email that the cookies were delivered in case the recipient didn’t tell me they received them. I wouldn’t have known, and the cookies might’ve been sitting outside all night.
