Garbage. Waited for 12 min, no biggie I get it, everyone is in need of people. No fault of theirs. That's not what this is about. I ordered ONE burger, a single. And ONE small fry. How in gods name do you eff up that order? Had the literal 2 items I requested it to NOT have. And it was a double. Not a good intro. Secondly, they gave me a bun with blue mold beginning to grow. Is it OK to pay you in Canadian money here in Illinois? No? You ask for U.S. currency? Well, I asked for a single, non expired food item. Is it OK to receive moldy garbage I didn't ask for? No. It's not. Get it together. If people have to wait an exponentially longer amount of time for their order, you should at least have the sense to get the order correct, and in code.

Staff was rude and messed up our order twice. Had to go back in to get what was missed. They asked us what kind of sauce we wanted for our nuggets and still didn't "put in" the nuggets on our original order. We did NOT get a receipt either time we ordered. Also, they put in the order for the keytag free Jr frosty, but I had to ask about it because they didn't give it to us originally. They practically threw it at us. I didn't mind paying for it if we couldn't produce it, but no reason to be rude about it. Staff is also hard to understand. I would be surprised (based on personality and attitude) if our food wasn't spat in. It definitely felt like we were bothering them just by ordering food and doing business. I am driving out of my way to go to a different Wendy's next time.

Don’t order. Put order threw Uber eats an hour before close and two different drivers attempted to pick my order up and they never got my order. Guessing on workers slacking. Not only I was out of food but those two drivers wasted gas on going there to come up empty handed. Whoever was working needs to be fired… I would give zero stars if I could…

Food was cold. Got there at 2pm and there was a line ahead of me and behind me so food should have been fresh and hot. The fries tasted stale like they'd been left out for hours. My bun was so cold it almost was like they just pulled it from the fridge. My meat patty was Medicare warm at best. I ordered a large DIET Coke and got Dr. Pepper instead. The lady at the drive thru was so rude I just ate what I paid for. I will don't believe I'll return to this location. I know times are hard and people are quitting leaving places short staffed but cold food and the wrong drink is just someone not even trying anymore. Maybe the owner needs to get in there to help them work or do more to get people hired on. Help them out inside.

Wendys service has been going downhill for years and this location is no different. Should be open but all doors are locked and No one answering the phone. Drive thru says it is open but i am unable to use it, probably a blessing in disguise.
