Sanfratello Pizza

I am very torn on this place. The delivery was fast! +1. The taste was very good. +1. $31 for 16” sausage pepperoni a bit high -1. The 1” ring of bare crust all around the edge of said $31 pizza -1. Called to let them know we really weren’t happy with that... received disinterested response -1. So 3 stars is the best I can grant them.

Jan 20th 2018 Found this place via Uber eats but we used the pizza places delivery to 4 lakes so didn't need the added cost of Uber eats. 1st time ordering from here and ee ordered the jalapeno poppers (7 poppers) these poppers were small compared to other places and all were the exact same size. They really didn't have much flavor, small in size and the breading was hard making me believe these are bulk frozen poppers. We also tried the wings (6 wings) small in size pretty much the same size as each other and minimal meat. I was not impressed with the appetizers at all. We did order large deep dish (12in pizza) w/sausage, tomatoes and black olives. I loved the crust on this pizza (pan style)it was soft yet crispy. The tomato was thinly sliced so not much flavor and the black olives were fine and plenty. We didn't care for the sausage which was a patty on the entire pizza, mushy and lacked any flavor. I personally don't want sausage in every bite and like to taste the other ingredients. The pizza is very light on sauce and cheese. Was looking forward to an awesome pizza and if I was aware the sausage was a patty on the entire pizza I would have passed on it.

The first time we ordered it we really enjoyed the pizza. Thought we'd found another favorite pizza spot. Everytime afterwards (5 separate orders) I've been extremely dissatisfied. Very chintzy on the sausage, and every topping for that matter. $25 -$30 cheese and sauce pizza. The crust is good, and the service is good. Nothing about this place is great. I hate to blast any business, but someone needs to retrain the kitchen. Make every pizza like it's for your mom, that's Chicago pizza.

Ordered one pizza, half pineapple + jalapenos, half sausage + pepperoni. First pizza they made was all mushroom... second pizza had sausage on the entire pizza, not on only half like we asked. I don't know how many tries it's going to take for them to make a correct pizza and I'm certainly not going back to find out. The pizzas were also both super watery and leaked over everything making a complete mess. A huge disappointment for the price we paid, I would have expected better quality, or at least the correct pizza we ordered.

Almost perfect pizza for my taste. The thin is not quite as thin and crispy as I like, but the crust is flavorful and holds up to the toppings well. Their sauce is great, and the cheese has a great flavor. The fried ravioli are perfect - crunchy and tender with delicious filling and zesty sauce for dipping.

First time customer, just ordered their large cheese pizza, onion rings & mozzarella sticks for delivery. Food was delivered on time, pizza sauce was tasty, the cheese was plentiful and really good - a great pizza for the price. The onion rings & mozzarella sticks were both good and reasonably priced. I will be ordering from them again.

If you want quality, this is your pizza place! The toppings aren't skimped on, the cheese is delish and the sauce is a secret family recipe and one of the things that keeps people coming back. I brought it back for the office and everyone raved! The leftovers were very well received at home too! Enjoy!

Tried their pizza a few weeks ago and liked it so much we're having it again tonight. Delicious sauce, really like their thin tavern-style crust. Sausage had a nice flavor and they put plenty of bacon on it. (Mmmmmm bacon.) Price is comparable to other premium pizza places like Nancy's and Rosatti's.
