Maybe take down the large signs advertising free samples if you’re not willing to give any free samples. And it’s very odd when you have several flavors without a label and the employees don’t even know what they are. The employees were friendly, just clueless. Two stars instead of only one because the ice cream did taste good, but I wouldn’t return to this Baskin-Robbins.

Really good breakfast sandwiches. If you're vegetarian just get whatever bread you prefer and ask for egg and cheese. I get the croissant egg and cheese and it's always good and it's very well priced. Often they forget a sandwich when I'm ordering for two. There's only one reason I took a star away. There is one very rude middle aged woman, always grumpy no matter how kind you are. Problem, or no problem, you are her burden. Well I didn't get any napkins and the sandwiches can get quite messy so I went into the store instead of going through the drive through and bothering them again and she ignored me completely! I said excuse me miss may I please have napkins? And she said "just hold on a moment" and stared at me in my eyes and leaned against their coffee machine. Haha Anyway they have another young man who works there who is just wonderful, as well as the rest of the staff. But he stands out, same problem missing a sandwich and no napkins. I let them know and he comes out and delivers the sandwich himself and said I put an extra one in there for you. It was just me and my sister eating that day, we don't really need three sandwiches but it was really kind of him and she actually was still hungry after and ate the 2nd sandwich. Thanks man. I hope you read this and you know who I am cos I come often :)

I'll tell ya, traveling the globe has given me a pretty good understanding of customer service. This place has it on point, when i walked in, i spoke to a ivan. He was polite and went way out of his way to help us. Because of him, i chose to write a good review. A place is measured by the employees and staff that represent it. Excellent job!

The lady that started to help us just got done doing the garbage when she proceeded to get our ice cream. I had to ask her to wash her hands in which she left and had another employee help us. I watched her work the drive thru from that point still without washing her hands. Eww! Furthermore, my son wanted a donut and we noticed bugs crawling all over them. Disgusting!
