So We All Went Out Too Buffalo Wild Wings After My Granddaughter Graduation From High School , Since It Was A Sunday The Day Before Memorial Day. The Waitress was Absolutely Amazing. She Asked What We Would Like To Drink, As We Decided She Explained How You Can Get The Menu Through The App, Which Was Really Simple. We Order Our Food The Dry Wings We’re Really Good.My Granddaughter Had A Bacon cheeseburger Which She said Was Good. I Enjoyed The Atmosphere And Watching The Basketball Game. Definitely Will Be Coming Back Again.

Ordered Takeout and the time that the order would be ready kept getting pushed back as I was completing checkout, all the way to 9:20. Had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes, yet when I got there at 9:20 to pick it up, the ice in the drinks was completely melted and they were completely watered down and the food was ice cold! I kept checking back with the app to make sure the time hadn’t been moved up and it was progressing as it should, which it seemed to be, but obviously not. Also one of the kids meals is missing the side of fries all together. The ticket on the order said 8:34, so obviously it had been ready and sitting out since then, I only wish I had been notified, so we could have had hot food. My son did say his wings were good, despite being so cold, so that is why I gave any stars.

A local Buffalo Wild wings location with friendly staff, good food, fair service. No complaints as food was warm, fresh and timely. Adequate social distancing, masks being worn. Clean and well kept dining area and bathrooms.

Horrible experience here. We waited for about 2 hours. There was one waiter for the whole place, she never stopped by our table. The bathroom smell is so bad you can’t even go in there. It always smells that bad too, they never fix it. It’s been the same and horrible for years.

Was seated and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes without being given a menu, offered a drink, talking to my waiter at all. Restaurant was not significantly busy, just awful service.

Absolutely terrible experience. Got there as a family of 4 plus a 2 year old at 6:50, was told we had a “large order” which wasn’t true at all. Didn’t receive our food till 8:25, my husband and father in laws wings were hot but mine and my brother in laws were cold, but yet mine came out last … 5 mins after everyone else’s… when I complained the waitress was nice and offered to remake it but at that point my 2 year old was losing it and I asked for a refund which they refunded the smallest thing… then after that I went to the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and almost fell the second I walked in the bathroom. I’m beyond upset and mad at this experience. Oh and by the time we left it was 8:50…. 2 hours!!! We were there.

My host Nazeeha was literally so nice like when I arrived to the restaurant she found me the perfect table for me to watch the Superbowl. And after that she made sure to check in on us and asked if we needed any other food. Then we placed a to go order with her and she even helped us load up the 200 Asian zing wings into the 🚗 car! After we tried leaving our car broke down but we called nazeeha and she fixed our car and drove us home. Unforgettable experience from this amazing establishment, and Greta customer service by Nazeeha.
