Everyone knows cold stone is delicious. Tried the peanut butter cookie dough and it was very good... especially with the peanut butter cups mixed in. Person is with got coffee lovers and raved about how good it was.
Staff was great. Moved fast and were pleasant. I'll be back!

Don’t go here often, but I should. It was 2 minutes before closing upon my arrival but the ladies were welcoming. Even though they seemed exhausted and ready to leave.
I applaud such courtesy and admire their efforts to work till the very end. Also should have gotten their names, my apologies to those two ladies in the photos.
Bought 2 ice creams
1) chocolate devotion (friend got it) - all the chocolate you could handle with ice cream - if you are craving chocolate, I’m sure this would satisfy that need
2) strawberry blonde - tried it for a change from chocolate for myself - sweetness to the MAXX

Overpriced. They also advertise a plant-based alternative shake using chocolate Silk Almondmilk, but mindnumbingly include dairy milk for the shake. When I questioned if using almondmilk was an option, they said no because that's how they're instructed to make it. Seems like a ridiculous oversight.

Enjoyed this place for years and a great concept. I remember when they first opened and there were long lines that people were willing to stand in for the great ice cream. I’m happy and surprised they made it through a COVID but the harshness of downtown ice cream businesses that have come and gone. A bit pricey but explainable based on the location.

I have now had two terrible deliveries from this location. My order tonight was incorrect, ice cream was incredibly over mixed, there were no pieces of any of the mix ins. The lids that came on the containers did not stay on, ice cream was spilling. Just an overall bad experience.

One of my favorites. . . Ice Cream done right! Selected my ice cream of choice and added whatever add ins I wanted. 1 is included. Additional selections can be added for more $. Nice window area to sit and enjoy.

We ordered a cake for my mom's birthday, confirmed the order, then called twice to change the color of the icing. Both times we called they did not pick up. We arrived at coldstone for the cake and the order wasn't even done. Horrible customer service

On Sep 6th at 7:30 pm cst we walked into the cold Stone in Naperville. Busy is the usual, along with the fact that everywhere is short staffed does not help, but understandable. The ISSUE is after waiting for an hour in the line a group of young individuals walk in and sat down, then this worker by the name of Elly (According to the workers) ignores the entire line, then asks the individuals seated what she can get them. She proceeds to take and complete almost 10 orders and she does not charge them anything. Then she has the audacity to make her own a shake and walk out. She not only held her team back from helping paying customers. She does not have any ethics of stealing from the company she works at. The other employees are amazing and handled the situation the best they could. But not coming back again. Over an hour later, we finally walked out with our ice cream.
