Ordered boxes of sandwiches (a variety of types) for a recent gathering. Everything was wonderful! The catering department has a great system for individually packing each sandwich and offering condiments on the side. Delicious food and great service. It was a perfect thing to offer our guests. Thank you!

Although I adore Jersey Mike’s and go whenever I can, I was so disappointed in not being able to buy a gluten free roll. In traveling through 15 states and at home, I have always been able to pop in and pay for a roll. She said the owner doesn’t feel they make enough on it. But the good will provided is immeasurable since those rolls are not sold in the supermarket. Jersey Mike’s was supposed to be our meal tomorrow but I’ll wait until we leave the area. No need to give to the greedy. I will continue to frequent Jersey Mike’s just not ones owned by this particular owner. :(

The staff are amazing. I've been to a few Jersey Mike's while visiting family down south, and the staff at those locations weren't nearly as nice as the people here. The food was excellent, too. They were also really nice about customizing my sub. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Staff is consistent and friendly. Sometimes it is packed, but the line moves quick. I prefer visiting sub shops that slice everything fresh. I have had subs, hot sandwiches, and wraps...all equally good. Small but adequate seating area. I enjoy that they have a loyalty program and that you can use tap-to-pay.

2.5 stars is more appropriate. Jersey Mike's is satisfactory, that's it. It's average but it's prices speak to something exceptional, which it's not. Their customer service is sub par, with 4-5 people working to make your sandwich but the checkout seems rushed. There are no trays for dine in customers and they did not label the sandwiches. They literally push your finished sandwiches towards you and before you can juggle them all on your way eat at the table, the next customer is already being questioned as to what sandwich they ordered. They also scoop fallen lettuce from the counter to place on your sandwich, which is disturbing. Their mini sandwiches are a joke of a size for the price and their medium sandwich is barely 7 inches with a lackluster bread and average quality deli meat. Also any sandwiches that do not contain cheese have an additional charge of 1 dollar for cheese. Overall, for the price and quality, I would not recommend Jersey Mike's to any of my friends.

Horrible service! If I could give a negative review I would. First off, my order was NOT on time and they were rushing to get it done when I got in. When I walked in NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK aside from customers! (Apparently the manager thinks the rules don’t apply to her store). Second, I was working as was my husband. We did not have time to call in and complain right away as we were both with our own customers. (Customers first to the manager reading this). We ordered a giant turkey with extra stuff and when it was opened and my husband started eating it, he noticed there was nothing but lettuce and meat with a couple pieces of tomato, onion and little flecks of red sauce (not extra). The manager (who sounded about 18 years old if that) claimed that she watched her employee put all of the toppings on and maybe I got the wrong sandwich. I told her it was the right thing just made wrong and I let her know I had taken a picture if they wanted to see it and that the sandwich was most definitely not made correctly. She then said she would give me 50% off which I believe is complete bs seeing as they made the mistake, especially with how horribly she was handling the situation. My husband, who has medical issues and needed to eat right away to avoid getting ill, ate a good portion of the sandwich and the teenage sounding manager proceeded to yell at me and tell me my husband should not have eaten the sandwich and should have called in right away. (If my husband would have hit the floor because she wanted him to wait to get a new sandwich instead of take care of himself to assure his medical safety, I would have had a lot more to say than this. Maybe she thinks it’s ok to just tell people to put their medical issues on hold until she can figure out how to make a sandwich. And again, we were caring for our own customers the proper way sooo....). I told her I had never had anyone speak to me the way she was (with a teenage attitude) and she said “you’re the one arguing”. I told her I would no longer be giving them my business and she said I could feel free to leave a review to complain and hung up on me. PRO TIP: maybe be a little understanding. I get it... you’re busy, you rushed and made a mistake, but NEVER make it the customers fault and don’t lie to cover your own butt. Maybe Jersey mikes should consider hiring managers that have a little better work ethic and respect for other human beings. Corporate will be hearing from me. I really hope you all learn how to properly treat a customer (and other people in general).
