She is AMAZING! Her name is Barbara. I have never in my life met a manager so sweet, caring, kind, and willing to put in the hard work. I never come here and don't see her. She has curated the most amazing, and eager team I've ever seen in all my years of customer service. This whole team is amazing. They truly go above and beyond for every single customer. This store is always sparkling clean and every drink is made with love. I cannot wait for my next visit. Thank you Starbucks River square for all you do. 💕

Great staff, good location, and quick service.
It was Saturday night, Saint Patrick's Day, and this was a happening place when my wife and I visited. There were a few open tables and a short line waiting to order.
Some of the things that we wanted to order were time consuming and the staff helped make better choices that would work in our time frame instead of sending us away empty handed... I really appreciated their efforts to help us get something!

My sister and I stopped at this Starbucks for coffee and a sweet treat and were helped by Erin who was delight. Great efficient service with a welcoming smile and chit chat. She is a great asset to you.

The staff here is awesome. They actually get to know their customers, above and beyond the other starbucks I have been to. There is more than enough electrical outlets and the internet is good. Outdoor seating is nice too.

With the downtown store temporarily closed I had to go here. "Out" of cold brew at 7.30am. Only one person at the register and making coffee while 2 people were organizing racks and refilling bagels. Waited almost 10 minutes in a relatively short line just to find out they clearly didn't make cold brew either.
