Sushi Naper

They have a cute ROBOT that ROLLS to your table to give you food!!! Literally the only reason I visited. They also have an all you can eat menu which is rare these days so that's a plus! I loved the picture menu of the sushi rolls too! I won't lie, I've had better sushi elsewhere (Cho Sushi) but I'm giving 5 stars for the over all experience!

We have been here multiple times. The sushi are very good. However, today, the service was very slow. We got the initial two plates of sushi in reasonable time. Teh waitress did not give us any plate. We had to ask another waitress for the plates. After we finished them. My son ordered California roll. We probably sat there for at least a half an hour. We call a waiter and ask him to forget about the order if it has not been made. He never came back. Then we asked our waitress to cancel the order. She said she would check but not coming back to us. We asked another waitress and told her the same and ask for the check. We probably sat there for 15 minutes and not seeing the check. Then we asked another one about the check, finally we got the check and put the credit card in and gave some waitress check and credit card. Again sat there for 15 minutes and no one came back with my check and card. We had to ask again. Finally someone from front desk brought it to us. She offered no apology. This is not normal for this restaurant. As I said we have been here many times before, the service used to be good.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant & wanted to give it a try because we heard some great things about it. I can guarantee we will never return based on this experience. Would give it zero stars if I could. We went for the lunch all you can eat, which on this day they charged the dinner price because it was a holiday (ridiculous reason). We waited more than 40 min for our sushi and never even got our drinks until after the food arrived and I flagged down the server. We finished the sushi in about 15 minutes and then proceeded to wait another 35 min for a server that never came so I had to go to the server station to ask for more water and the ability to order a second round of sushi. Waited again for 15 min for the sheets to order and 15 more minutes for 3 more rolls. Complained to a woman who may or may not have been the manager who didn't seem to care. She offered us ice cream -as if I wanted to wait some more for that! She took a tiny discount off for the wait & then proceeded to take it back when I presented a coupon. The last round of sushi was actually hot (gross) and tasted disgusting but according to their 'rules' we had to eat it. YUK! They are very lucky I am an honest person and didn't walk out because they never would have noticed if I had, that's how ignored we were. Oh, they tried to tell us that it was because they were short staffed which I understand but every other table around us was getting served so why did they ignore our table? I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. EVER! 2.5 hours is unacceptable for a lunch - I have a job to get back to!

Went for lunch for my wife's birthday and met our friends (4 of is total). We mainly had the all you can eat lunch (dinner is available as well for about $10 more, so around $30). All four had green tea (hot) and the all you can eat lunch. We ordered mostly maki rolls and it was all good. There is also a desert included (cakes, strawberry, mocha and mango). All said and done, for the four of us we were at about $110 for food, drink, tax and tip

We have only been here a few times and really enjoyed this place. We are going to add it to our regular dinning list. The AYCE has a really great large selection including soup, salads and appetizers. The taste, freshness and quality is great. And, the staff is above and beyond in service, speed and especially friendliness. Plus, they offer a full selection of drinks including our favorite, plum wine. THANK YOU.
