This was our first dining experience at Delirio and it was a very positive one! The food was excellent.. we requested some substitutions to the dishes due to dietary constraints, and the staff was very accommodating. The ingredients are all from local producers and you can really tell the freshness in the food! Simple yet elegant presentation of the meals. The owner Jamie was super nice and even stepped out of the restaurant to help us take pics of our group (it was a birthday celebration)...how many owners will do that?! Great food, great service, great experience...will definitely be back! :)

We came for Mothers Day brunch with no grand expectations, since we'd never been here before. It was $35 per person for the brunch buffet, which is a pretty standard price for a nice holiday buffet. The food was awful. Everything was cold, bland or just tasteless, the buffet was small and limited with almost no food choices. The watermelon was slimy. The carving station was left unattended under a heat lamp. Omelette station had no ice under the ingredients. I don't think I can put the entire experience into words. Everything you go to a restaurant for was wrong. They ran out of utensils and cups at some point. They were unprepared, unorganized, and charged waaayyy too much for what we were presented with. Left with a $300 bill, 9 people. Wholesomley disappointed. They may have been unprepared for a holiday brunch, and now I'll never go try their actual food on a normal day. Worth noting, though, the hostesses were cordial and our server was super nice.

My brother and I stopped in this restaurant for lunch. We were seated almost immediately and were given the option to pick where we wanted to sit. We chose to sit near the window. The atmosphere was inviting, the natural light made for a nice experience and the ambiance was light hearted and friendly. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to speak to every question we asked about the menu. She told us a bit about the concept of the restaurant. The dining room was not busy but I expect this will change as the downtown Naperville areas is starved for a modern eatery with an executive chef who isn't afraid to push the envelope.
We opted for 3 courses. Manchego cheese fondue with house made tortilla chips and calamari we're our starters. The cheese dip was smooth and flavorful, with some nice additions on top, most notable was the cubed chorizo, which added a great flavor while bringing the presentation up a step. The house made blue corn chips were very tasty as well. The calamari was well done. Black garlic aioli made for a unique presentation and the breading was a phenomenal touch and surprisingly bold. The squid was a little chewy, but what can you expect so far from a source for fresh squid. Jalapeño and pickled onion were treats when you ran into them and paired well with the fried seafood.
Our second course was the house made soup. This was a nice transition to our main course. The daily soup was a tomato bisque. It was blended with bell peppers which added a nice complexity without being over powering. Temperature was perfect and the shredded Parmesan was a nice touch as well.
My main course was their chicken wrap and I elected to have a field green salad as my side. This wrap was tasty, and fresh. Kale and what appeared to be finely chopped slices of citrus fruit made the bite very fresh. The grilled chicken was tasty and quinoa and avocado contributed nicely as well. The field green salad was tasty and fresh. My only complaint was that the tomatoes could've been riper but all of the veggies were fresh. The vinegarette was tasty and the jicama offered a nice crunch.
My brother got the house burger. This burger was served with onion straws, some sort of reduction, slices of chorizo and large crumbles of queso fresco. He enjoyed it and the burger was cooked very nicely. The house French fries were crisp and had a nice garnish.
The wait staff was great and shared what sounded like 3 phenomenal dessert options. We decided we should probably skip the dessert but would save room for it next time. We did not drink, but they had an extensive list of signature cocktails, many (perhaps all) of which were their own concoctions. Our water glasses never ran dry, we felt welcomed and were well cared for from start to finish.
I would certainly return for lunch or better yet dinner to try some of their heavier dishes.

Great drinks and service. Food flavor balances were a bit off but they were newish and working out the kinks. Our server saw our lack of enthusism with the meal and promptly had it replaced with something more to our liking.

We just came across this restaurant for the first time and had lunch there today. We ordered the tacos for lunch, only two each and they were extremely filling. I was expecting regular run of the mill tacos but these were out of this world. We had tilapia, chorizo and huevos, and the pork belly ones. All I can say is the fusion of taste was fantastic and we look forward to trying their dinner menu in the near future. If it's anything like our lunch, it'll be great

The food is wonderful, order whatever strikes your fancy! Its all amazing! The only reason I gave them 4 not 5 stars is, no dessert menu AND great service but the bar is WAY too slow! Order your drink when you walk in the door!

CIA Graduate: Nikki was our server, our first time here. The food is amazing: fish tacos, lamb chops, empanadas, scallops, crispy calamari, peppercorn skirt steak, garlic French fries, & the Delirio salad all excellent. Yes we came with an appetite & we were not disappointed at all. Ask for the White Sangria. 5🌟 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Amazing food and service to match! The fillet was better than at most steak houses. Our waiter, Wes, was friendly, fast and helpful. We will be back!
