Dinner for 12 last night (19 Feb 2022, including 5 kids, one gluten-sensitive diner) was wonderful. The food & drinks were good, but it was the great service that will stick out in my mind. With the chaos of a large group and kids swapping chairs the staff were attentive, accommodating, and just totally spot-on. Floor manager Troy and the waitstaff got every order to the person who ordered it without mix-up or having to auction off the plates and were the right amount of attentive; keeping glasses full and checking how we were doing without intruding. I could also see that the other diners around us were similarly well taken care of; a healthy waitstaff vibe of casual efficiency that other restaurants would envy. Big kudos to the entire team!

Went here with a larger group of girls for a night out. Our server was very attentive and friendly. My meal was delicious! I got the salmon and it was full of flavor! Overall very good experience.

I ordered one of their specials for lunch per the server's recommendation, chicken with spinach and capers. The spinach was so salty that I couldn't eat it and the chicken was a little overcooked. Also, the lemon wedges that I asked for my water were not fresh, kind of slimy. My husband's salmon and my son's burger weren't good either. The whole place was very empty and I can see why. This restaurant used to be good and one of my favorites before the pandemic. Service was not bad but the food was under average. We were disappointed to say the least. We will not return.

Where do I start with the amazing Baby Shower we held this past Saturday?! Marc and his staff did everything they could to make our event spectacular. Rearranging and moving tables (AFTER they were decorated I might add), squeezing between tables, never letting a dirty plate stay, adjusting and readjusting the room temperature, carrying boxes and more. This team did all with a "yes we can do this" and a smile.
The food was delicious and plentiful! Unlimited fresh bread with the perfect flavored olive oil and parmesan cheese started our meal. The bruschetta, pasta with sausage and Chicken Limone had our guests raving! We served family style and were able to take home the leftovers to enjoy later in the evening.
Upon packing up to leave we discovered one of the cars had a flat. We went back in to ask if we could leave the car till the next day and they said of course, and asked if we preferred if they tried to change it. In the rain! Talk about going over and above for their customers!!
I highly recommend using Francesca's for any private event or for any meal! You will not be disappointed.

Do not go! Horrible experience. Awful customer service! I was surprised the whole awful was the experience. They are very shortstaffed and they do not have the proper training for their employees. I felt I was literally begging for food and drinks over there! You have to raise your voice loud the police are older because they are far away from the table and looking away from you! Not only they don’t wanna do I contact but their body is away from you and the table!
We went there last Saturday for lunch and they were having a party but not enough staff. Our waitress was not happy to see us there and did not give us the time or effort. It felt that they were eager to kick us out and could not wait to take our plates while we are eating!
My husband wanted a menu but the hostess did not come so we had to walk to the front grab our own menu! Self service in a dine in restaurant.
My husband choose to give a full tip not because they are worth it but because of the economy now. The cost of food and gas is too expensive so he pretty much decided to give the tips as charity!

Unfortunately the food quality was okay and the portion size was extremely disappointing for a restaurant to be considered fine dining. Additionally, our server was good, but while taking our orders, he completely skipped me and rushed off to put the order in; I had to get a wait person's attention and explain what happened. We had a party of 6 adults in our group and after leaving the establishment, we polled each other and the conclusion was unanimous- we would not return. We wish the establishment all the best.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. The whole experience was just ok. It seems the service and the food have gone downhill since the pandemic. We ate here two years ago and the service, food and atmosphere were top notch. On this visit the "hostess" was dressed in white overalls! I was shocked she was allowed to work in that outfit. Plain black pants were better suited to the hostess position. The filet mignon was no longer on the menu. I had to ask for it. What I received was good, but not a $40 steak.
