Sharko's Bbq

Was delicious! Enjoyed the Brisket w/Mac-n-Cheese platter. Brisket was perfect. Mac was very cheesy, otherwise typical. Shark Bite bbq sauce (sweet Memphis Style with Heat) was my favorite of the 5 available. Well decorated dining room with well spaced tables. Outdoor seating available. Happy employees. Overall great BBQ dining experience.

Absolutely fabulous! We had the sampler meal as well as just selecting various other me as ts and sides. All the meats were moist, slow smoked with a great flavor without sauces. They have 5 different sauces as well. We also tried the roasted beets with garlic and goat cheese which was also amazing. I'm so glad the my son suggested we stop. Reminded me of Memphis and Southern Illinois flavors. Definatly will be back.

The Premium Judges plate comes with: - Brisket - Shredded pork - Ribs What I like about Sharkos is unlike many other BBQ places, their meats are tasty without sauce. I hate it when places boast about their sauces and the meet becomes the secondary focus. It seems that Sharko took their time to find a good mix of spices for their meats so that you could really taste the craftsmanship of their spice mixtures. With this being said, I didn’t test their sauces but it certainly looked like they have a good mixture of sauces too. Brisket is tender, juicy, and very flavorful. Garlic mashed potatoes is a must Mac n cheese is good but would be better with more cheesier flavor Pork is straight up is tender and delicious. Ribs were ok, nothing to be excited about. They’re not fall off the bone type of ribs but still an enjoyable experience. Skip the coleslaw and just go right to the free house cucumber salad. It’s refreshingly delicious. They also have a complimentary soft ice machine as well. Overall, a great place that brings back what BBQ is all about. They take the time out to Crete a great spice mixture run that really shows that they pay attention to the primary focus of what BBQ about, the meats!

Wow!! One of the Best BBQ joints in US! I was fortunate enough to travel this United States up and down; this place is outstanding. Whatever u like go for it. Pork, beef, chicken, turkey, sausage, all great tasting and delicious. Same go for the sides. Everyone posts pictures of their plates with food. I am posting a picture of my plate when I was done. Squeaky clean! Go! Enjoy! Tell others!

Excellent barbecue. I had the Judges Plate, where you get 3 oz brisket, 3 oz pulled pork. 2 ribs and one side. I added the smoked links and an additional side. The meat was very tender and you can ask for more or less smoke. Plenty of flavor yet you can add sauce. My favorite was either the Sassy (Sweet Memphis Style) or Shark Bite (Sassy with Heat).
