The staff inside this fine establishment were extremely cordial as well as efficient. I tried the new chicken carnitas meat inside a burrito. I also chose hot salsa, corn, brown rice, guacamole, lettuce & white cheese. On the side, I scored some chips with cheese sauce. I will definitely order both again.
It was clean. The facility looked modern. The server put a lot of meat in our bowl.

Great! Got two bowls. One with double steak and the other with double carnitas. $40 careful they charge extra for avocado and double meat is $5 more. Maybe we should have ordered two bowls instead of adding double meat? Took it home to eat. Got several meals so I guess with that said the price was reasonable. We love it. It's fast, simple, filling and tasty 😋
Chipotle is one of those hit-or-miss places they have good food but their service can be OK and it seems like they're trying to put such small amounts of meat on their tacos that it makes me wonder you know if that is A corporate policy Or just poorly trained employees that are free not to get bonus or something.
Update today I brought my kid because he wanted to have some of their food we had a young lady name Jenny she was outstanding in service and really seemed to care about the food preparations

We enjoy Chipotle so this was no different then all the rest. Staff was pleasant and our order was completed with no issues. I bought a $25 gift card and added it to my Chipotle app. However, nobody seems to know how I can use it. The issue is if the order goes over the balance there is no solution. Meaning if you don't use the exact amount you are out of luck. Will file a complaint with corporate office as this is not the local chains problem.
Great food with nice, helpful employees to make it. I love the freshness and consistency. Everything is always clean and they offer a pick up option so you dont have to wait in line.
I have been to Chipotle in various cities but this is by far the best one that I have been to! My burrito was perfectly made! A great balance of all of the ingredients that I asked for and it was beautifully wrapped in a tortilla. The next time I visit Napa, I will be making a trip here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙌🏻🌯
