World Sushi

World of sushi is truly a hidden gem! My husband stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and would not stop talking until I joined him. The inside is small but peaceful and immaculately clean. The owners were warm and friendly. The sushi was fresh and delicious… best I have ever had! Thanks for a wonderful sushi experience!

Just had my dinner at world sushi. Good sushi? Yes. Worth a 1.5 hr wait? Not for me. We waited 1.5 hrs to get food. Kids and adults are starving. Yes the food preparation definitely takes time because they are beautiful and I can see the difference. As much as 1.5 hrs even when it is not in its full capacity? I am not sure. The owner said proudly that he accepted us. I appreciated that. Even better if you tell me the wait time. After the long wait it does not matter how good the food is - I just need to get fed. The restaurant is tight also. You need to be a real fan if you bring a family or any kids there.

Had a great experience here. There's so many sushi places to choose from and this place is above average. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable. The sushi was fresh. My friend and I shared a few regular rolls and two special rolls. My favorite was the wild flower. I would definitely come here again.

Best sushi in Nanuet, nay, Rockland by a landslide. You know how to tell a good sushi place apart from the rest? How fresh their Sashimi is, and man does this place nail it.This establishment is fantastic in every way, from the food, the service down to the way the owners treat you as guests. Reasonably priced as well, might be cheaper than No.1 across the street honestly and it's much, much better quality. If your in the area and fiending a good roll, or haven't worked up the courage to try sashimi yet, this is the place to go.

Visited this little gem this afternoon with my husband for my birthday lunch and really enjoyed it! I was deciding between this place and the one across the street from it and chose this place coz of all the great reviews and boy was I happy with my choice! Hubby got the shrimp tempura bento and enjoyed it tremendously. Just a few mins into eating he looked up to say it's good! He rarely gives places a good thumbs up so quickly so it's a huge compliment to the chef! I got the sushimi b set and loved how fresh the sushimi is! Service is nice warm and homey. I didn't get to chat with them much but the couple who runs the place have a really pleasant energy. We'll definitely be back for more!
